"The hotel is in walking distance of Boscastle shops and sea. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and decor stylish. We had a very enjoyable stay and the beds are so comfy! "

Also being the room that everybody stops outside to open the next door it is a bit noisy which set our dog off barking in the late evening. "

Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.
