"Alezah was great at communicating and very welcoming for our first time in Westerville!This flat has literally EVERYTHING a person could need- even a little sewing kit, first aid kit, cooking accessories/oils/basic spices. I was absolutely floored with how homey the place was. It was so good to have plenty of warm, cozy blankets during the cold spell we were there!I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone we have visiting us in our new hometown of Westerville!"

"This place is managed by a property team so no extras. Not very homey. No extra blankets etc. Asked for early check-in (2pm) ,they said okay but place won't be deep cleaned. I said fine then they told me I had to pay 30 for regular cleaning. I said okay then day of check-in they change it to 3pm and say they refund 20 of the 30 I paid. Also advertise pet friendly but don't mention a fee until after booking 35. It's fine for a place to sleep but nothing fancy."
