We had the most wonderful stay here during the Sonic Temple music festival. Our hosts were very kind, and the property was immaculate. It had everything we needed. As someone with obsessive compulsive disorder, my condition manifests in several ways which includes the classical obsession with cleanliness. I can honestly say this was a property I felt very comfortable in. I do not always feel that way staying away from home which can make trips stressful, but with how clean this property was, I was glad to have a trigger free stay. I honestly could not have felt more at home outside of my own home. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again! The proximity to the festival was exactly what we needed as was the quiet and reclusiveness away from the crowds and chaos of the rest of the weekend. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Truly exceptional with so many wonderful touches!

I can't say enough fantastic things about this property! We could not have asked for a better location - so close to great shopping & restaurants, as well as the highway. Additionally, there were so many thoughtful touches throughout (such as wireless charging stations by the bed, wonderfully plush bath sheets, and a lovely tea selection) that really made us feel at home (or let's be honest - better than at home!). It is clear the owners put a lot of thought and care into the studio.

Cozy and Comfortable!

My fiancé and I stayed for 2 nights to attend a hockey game downtown and have some time off together. We loved our stay! The space is basically a mini house with everything you’d need. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Bed was very comfortable with plenty of blanket/pillow options. I loved and appreciated the attention to detail when it came to all the amenities they provided. We would definitely stay again!

Great rental- Perfect location

My husband and myself wanted a convenient place near Polaris and IKEA for a one-night trip to the Columbus area. Addison and Teresa’s rental seemed to fit the bill, but we found out it was more than a great location, it was a relaxing, charming get away for us. Our favorite location was the reclining sofa chairs in front of a cozy fireplace. We’ve stayed in many VRBO and Air B&B rentals and were impressed by all the extras in their intimate space. We would certainly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic cozy getaway.

Cozy and Relaxing

We wanted a relaxing place to stay for my 62nd birthday weekend. When I saw his studio on Vrbo I thought how cozy it looked. We wanted to start our Christmas shopping and there was everything you could imagine just minutes away. We enjoyed watching Christmas movies and sitting in front of the fireplace. The bed was a Sleep Number bed and it was very comfortable. The bedding was very nice also. We saw deer in the backyard playing. We sat out on the patio under cafe lights at a gas fire table. It was so relaxing. The owner was so kind and friendly. They had two sweet dogs. One looked just like our dog. I wish we could of broiug

The Perfect VRBO!

This place is located in a high-end neighborhood and is a gem! The yard and view are beautiful, the rooms are equally so. The attention to every possible detail anyone might need is amazing! We were SO relaxed here, enjoyed the fireplace, watched a great movie, slept like logs in an incredibly comfortable and customizable bed (sleep number adjustable). We could have done laundry, had the use of a full refrigerator and lovely kitchen. We could have grilled out (went to Kitchen Social restaurant, instead...amazing food and ambience!)

Location, location, location...

The hosts reached out often by email. Nice to know they were so available if there was anything we needed, which there wasn't. Located in a very nice neighborhood. No road or neighbor noise. Only issue was the furnace was on the other side of the wall beside the bed. If you frequent motels like Holiday Inn etc,... they have heating/cooling systems in the room. If you can manage that, then the furnace noise is no problem. The location (near I 71) was ideal for us.

A fall family visit brought us to the Lewis Center area. This location allowed visiting Delaware, Marengo and Jerome very easy. A wide variety of restaurants are nearby, along with shopping options for groceries. We highly recommend this quiet location for a Columbus get-away.
