"This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay."

"Jeff was very responsive and knew when we were going to be there. It was obvious he was monitoring to assure we accessed the property without issue (which we did). The 2 bedroom worked well for us. Good water pressure in the shower (a must). In unit washer/dryer, which is handy if you're taking advantage of any of the numerous lakes/rivers in the area. Great location to use as a home base to explore the whole region. I would stay here again."

"Such a great stay! Very spacious rooms - we really enjoyed being able to relax in the living room. The location was also great and was easy to explore many areas of town. We also greatly appreciated the super easy checkout process with no to do list to worry about. Highly recommend!"

"Conveniently located, clean, easy to use"

"Great place. Been visiting for a few years."

"We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. "

"We both really enjoyed the hot tub and also found our stay to be very relaxing. Peaceful surroundings! Will stay again in the future!"

"Great location minutes from restaurants and lake! The owners are very nice and their communication is excellent. The house is very well stocked and they have anything you might need during your stay."

"Great location. Great communication. Clean. Would stay here again."

"The property was clean, comfortable and the fire pit was great."

"So relaxing and peaceful. The little babbling brook in back by the firepit was perfect."

"Lovely spot not too far out of the city. Nice large bedrooms for a bigger crowd. Fully stocked kitchen. We were able to use the BBQ with no problems. There was an Xtra tank there if we needed it. The hot tub was an added bonus to end off one of our days. Very much enjoyed our stay."

"I have never experienced staying in a VRBO where every detail was given to you. Before checking in I was sent an information page with detailed information about the unit. It even had a video of how to use the small appliances. The owner was extremely responsive. The area is very walkable with several places close by. Downtown is a bit of a walk but very doable. The unit was clean and well supplied."
