    ¡Una encantadora casa victoriana de principios de siglo en el codiciado barrio de Slab Town, en Traverse City! Un sitio genial para pasar el verano y divertirte. Apartamento privado con cocina totalmente equipada. A un paso de «The Village at Grand Traverse Commons», lleno de tiendas y restaurantes.     El espacio:

    El salón, la cocina, el aseo y el lavadero están en la primera planta, mientras que en la segunda planta hay tres dormitorios y un baño completo. Tienes acceso al patio trasero. El patio delantero pertenece al apartamento tipo estudio de al lado, pero puedes usarlo tú también si está desocupado.

    El barrio se llama Slabtown y está en una de las zonas más cotizadas de Traverse City. Puedes recorrer Elmwood North unas ocho manzanas hasta West Bay. La casa está justo enfrente del Hospital Munson y a unas dos manzanas de The Commons,

This beautiful house worked so well for our family vacation. Very clean and quiet even though it’s a duplex. Never even heard the neighbors. We would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed staying here during our spring break trip. It was perfect for what we needed, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a kitchen space for preparing meals. The property was clean, and the communication was excellent. We would gladly stay again.

The location was very close to attractions. House was clean and adequate for our families needs. Kitchen was big. Tree was grown out towards drive way and weeds were throughout the back door patio. Trash bins were pretty far away. Overall we were happy with the property.

Overall a fine place to stay. Quick walk to a number of great spots in TC and short drive to everything else. Space was clean and spacious enough for 2 couples and our fifth wheel.

This was a nice place for our family to stay. The steps to the second floor would be tough for any older or limited mobility people. The oven and dishwasher were not working correctly and the yard needed some maintenance. The twin bedroom did not have AC and the owner did not have any fans for a hot day. But good location, nice sitting room, nice shared patio, good parking. Take note that this is a duplex with shared amenities. Also the downstairs bathroom is a half bath, there is only one shower.

Wonderful location

On a sister trip to Traverse City, we stayed at this wonderful property. The location is great and the home was in great condition and as in the pictures. All of us would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.

Overall a great experience. Stayed with a couple friends for the Iceman Cometh mountain bike race and plenty of space for all three of us and had all we needed. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants and breweries. Definitely would recommend.

Cherry Festival 2025

We came to TC to attend the Cherry Festival, myself, my spouse, my 2 grown sons and their girlfriends. The property is on a very nice tree lined street, and within walking distance to the festival and the shoreline as well as coffee shops, CVS and restaurants. It was a great stay.

Great place!

Very clean! Our family of 6 had everything we needed here! Having a washer and dryer plus kitchen utensils and coffee provided was a life saver!! Beautiful home!

The house was larger than expected which was awesome for 4 adults and a 2.5 yr old. We were there to visit my daughter so I'm unable to talk about proximity to the downtown area. We arrived when major snow was falling so I contacted the host and the snow was removed the next day. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it.

Traverse Getaway

We enjoyed the stay at your place. Everything was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed being at the west end of Traverse City, away from the traffic congestion, but easily able to walk or bike into all our favorite spots in town.

The house was beautiful. It was close to downtown, restaurants, and Turtle Creek ball diamond. We like to cook our own food and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The two most important aspects are good beds and a clean house. This place scored top ratings on both!!
