"This property was exactly as advertised, and in a great central location for exploring the Seattle area! Easy access to I5 and lots of great food options and shops close by. Classic old Seattle brick home with lots of charm. The host had great communication and the check in was a breeze! "

"This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad."

"The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. "The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

"Both of my daughters had appointments at Seattle Children's over the span of 2 days, and this property is only 1 mile away. It was quiet and had all the amenities we could need! Gary responded immediately when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."

"We had a lovely stay at your home in Wedgwood. It was well set for our every need and a comfortable place for us to gather from truly around the world Ireland, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Washington. "Annie created a beautiful space in her townhouse. Very comfortable beds and bedding, everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Immaculate! The many steps were fine for us. Great to have that rooftop space overlooking Green Lake and Olympic mountains. "

"No complaints! This was perfect for a few nights in Seattle prior to a cruise. We rented a car to go back and forth to downtown as it’s about 15 min away. It was cheaper to rent a car than get an Uber each time for 4 people. The host was excellent at communicating and the house was clean. One floor living once up a flight of stairs. "

"The house was in a great location. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had two cars and only spot. But we were glad to have the one spot. The location was great -- everything you need is close. We were able to get downtown on 99 easily and to other locations because it's close to I5. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. The neighbor could probably chill a little bit. We were four old people and she seemed to be monitoring our movements pretty closely. Odd--...

"The interior space was clean and the property manager was quick to respond with answers to questions. The house is situated on a busy street (40 MPH throughway). The furniture on the main level was sparse and not conducive to relaxing or gathering as a group. The kitchen/dining room table was too small for our party of 5. The outdoor space was weedy and uninviting. We wound up departing earlier than planned to move to more a more comfortable rental."
