I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants."

"Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. "This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely"

"Alexandra and Harry were wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Their guest house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even during the hot summer days, the space stayed nice and cool (A/C and fans provided). The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and quite hilly (a good little workout!).
