There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off."

"Very nice place, easy walk to green lake and link station. Host super nice and responsive. Easy parking and quiet street. The bed was very wobbly and made a lot of noise, I believe it could be foxy by tightening the screws. The bathroom rug should be washed or replaced. I would recommend staying there."

"Great Stay. About a 10 min walk to the U district line, 6 min to Trader Joes. Full kitchen which was nice for making breakfast. The basement layout it well thought out to use every inch of the place. We got lucky the first night had no one above us. Earplugs are provided to keep the upstairs noise quiet.
