"Great location. Very close to Downtown Fishers. Home was very clean and exactly as described. We would stay here again"

"This place is an adorable little spot for a stop. We loved the location and the place was clean and quiet."

"Great location and the house has plenty of space for everyone."

"Perfect location for a night on the town. Steps to the Monon trail and everything the design district has to offer!"

"Just a beautiful house. Spacious, clean, well decorated, functional. It was a hit with our kids, who loved the theatre room with projector and the games room. We had a great time grilling on the back deck. Well suited to groups and large families like ours, in a nice neighborhood. Would stay again."

"We would definitely stay again. It's worth a 5 star review for sure, we've stopped at many VRBOs and the kids felt that this one was their favourite and would have loved to stay longer. I loved how much your place celebrated Indiana and Indianapolis. Also loved the massive sectional couches, screened in back deck and size of yard. Great neighborhood. Top tier communication with the host."

"Property was as advertised."

"Collyn was responsive to my questions before and after booking. The house is great -- even nicer than the photos -- and worked perfectly for us. More space than we really needed (just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom), but we brought our dog, so the large fenced yard (also accessible from the sliding door in the bedroom) was fabulous. We had events to attend in downtown Carmel, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Nice touches like leaving snacks and bottled water. I hope to rent...

"Great place to stay! Plenty of bedrooms and the basement is nice to have some extra space. Super convenient location."

"Great place and close by to everything we needed for our stay."

"Clean, quiet and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay here and were utterly delighted by the surroundings. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Thank you for the pleasant stay, we will be back!"

"Great place!! Easy to get to, great communication as to parking, expectations, etc.The kitchen and living room were great for our needs, especially the large kitchen table. It was nice having the living room area and bathroom in the basement, as well as the three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.(Water pressure and hot water were both fantastic also!)We didn’t get to use the bonfire pit, but it and the patio and back yard were a nice setup.Thank you for having us!!"

"Very nice and clean house. Had everything we needed."

"The property had everything as it was listed. Great location and easy check in."

"It was easy to get to and the hosts were very helpful. Bathroom layout was a little odd but it was workable for us."
