Entire process was terrible
From check in to check out the rental process from the vrbo owner was terrible. At check in for my 7 day stay, I had to check in for 5 different rental numbers and had to check in for each and go through full process for each rental. After that I was told one of the rentals have been cancelled so I could check in but it needs to be resolved or I will have to leave after 2 days and then check back in. I called the contact for the rental and they did not know why it was canceled. The next day I had to go back to registration and another rental was made for the canceled 2 days but it was for a different level of reservation and I will have to change rooms twice during my stay. I would have to move from my Oceanside room to a garden view (overlooking the parking lot) view. I again called the rental contact and they said they will fix it. The next day I had to go back to the front desk. They said it was not fixed but they will let me stay in my room but had to change rooms on the last day. I again called the rental contact and this time spoke to the manager. He said he is sorry but could not do anything. I explained I received a 7 day rental and had no idea I would go through this hassle and did not expect to have to change rooms to a lower level room during my stay, when I paid for the same level room for my entire stay. He said there is nothing he could do and also said he would not give me any refund for going from an Oceanside room to a parking lot view. Overall it was a mess
