"Really nice hotel and we really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful gardens / pool area, however our room was directly above a very noisy kitchen fan which started (and woke us up) before 6.30am and didn’t turn off until 9.30pm."

"The property was beautifully decorated, staff were extremely helpful and polite, customer service was excellent.
The only issue that we had was the shower in our room, it had absolutely nothing about it, there was no pressure whatsoever, purely a trickle of water!"

"A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too!
The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us."

"Good breakfast. I did speak with property about solo travellers being stuck at the back of the dining room. Why cant we have as good a table as anyone else? I am an experienced traveller and dont like being treated any differently to anyone else!
Whole hotel and the grounds are georgeous though and I enjoyed my time there. My single room was nicely spacious."
