"We decided to rent a beach house to house a few family members who flew over from Catalina Island to come to my Dad's Celebration of Life! Both my Aunt and Uncle from Catalina Island are 87 and 90 Years old. The house was very comfortable and easily accessible with a cane. Although we did experience some rainfall having the rocks embedded in the entrance floor and stairs made it easy for them to go up and down the stairs. My mother and I took advantage of the Kayaks and stand up paddle board one...

The kitchen offers up all kinds of choices for drinks and meals. Every detail was so well thought out, the host thought of everything. He even went above and beyond when we left something behind. "We stayed in unit 2 but I would still love to give my review/opinion about it. This was a truly amazing place to stay in. It was my first time in unit rental and it truly felt like a home away from home!! Everything was just as they say it was in the listing and the property owner/manager was super kind and patient. No, this house is filled with a spirit of its own where you can feel the life of all those that have passed through these doors. If the walls could speak it would tell you the stories of some great writer who sat where you are now staring out to the stream below. If there was one word to describe this house...

"The house is amazing. We never felt like we were on top of one another as it is extremely spacious and well laid out. Kudos for having boggy boards, a tandem, kayak etc., it made for great family fun and wonderful pictures. I recommend replacing the bikes as they are rusty, and the tires were flat. I would also suggest the house be supplied with more paper towel and toilet paper to accommodate guest. We enjoyed the board games that were provided which created much laughter for our game night. "Great place to stay - just as advertised. While not fancy or luxurious, it is very nice, comfortable and clean and in a spectacular location. Having morning coffee on lanai overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. Probably the best stocked kitchen in rental that we have ever had. Saul is an attentive (in a very good way) host. He provides great welcoming touches, including a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers."

"This is our second year renting out this house. It was a perfect fit the first year so we wanted to come back again this year. The house is spacious with the upstairs and downstairs rooms, bathrooms. The garage was big enough to fit two vehicles which was perfect for the rainy days. The house is fully stocked with all the amenities. We would stay here again if needed and would highly recommend families to do so too. This was truly our home away from home. Mahalo!"

"Overall it was acceptably clean, I too live in Hawaii with open windows and know what to expect. Given the price, this was more than I expected and I enjoyed my stay immensely. The decor was well done and very esthetically pleasing. Fixing the window screens and cleaning the livingroom a/c unit would seem to be an easy fixes to improve the property."
