We booked the premium suite for a 3 night stay recently. The room was in a good condition and the balcony was huge with a great view! Amenities were good, however there was hardly any pressure in the shower. Light switches are very inconveniently located behind the bed head and hard to reach! And there are too many of them - we had to call housekeeping to help us switch off a light the first night as we couldn't licate the switch!
The buffet breakfast included was quite average - we had better breakfast at cheaper properties during our trip.
Staff was very courteous but service was slow and language was a problem with some staff not really fluent in Hindi or English. We noticed quite a few international guests at the property so I think it would be good to have staff at the front desk that is fluent in English.
Overall, for the price we paid, I think we could've got better properties.
