"Eso no es un hotel , la publicidad es engañosa ya que lo califican por el restaurante , no tiene recepción , a las 11 cierran el restaurante y quedas solo ,son amables pero no solucionan nada, no hay wifi en la habitación y no funcionó el televisor , casi una estafa "

Durante 4 días no vimos a nadie encargado del alojamiento, los cubos de basura de la cocina llenos por 3 días; las toallas sin cambiar, mucha suciedad en el suelo de la cocina y debajo de los sofás del salón, porque ayudamos a buscar un móvil de un cliente y había basura y mucho polvo debajo....

"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. No outdoor lighting and slippery broken decking steps is a health and safety hazard. Another guest kept leaving the main door open, and one night I took my dog out in the night to...

"I booked 3 nights here with anticipation of luggage storage. Luggage storage was restricted and not as advertised. The staff was not accommodating. I had to check out, carry 20kg of luggage to a bag check across town because there was nothing suitable locally. I believe the place to be run by students that can’t make decisions and don’t understand hospitality. It was a relatively small ask, but a massive inconvenience to me. "エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。"

"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"The apartment had dead bugs and bees on the windows / fireplace, the cooker didn’t work with the pans which they provided (induction cooker) so I didn’t have a cooker for 3 days, they said they had a washing machine / tumble dryer - they didn’t. I don’t drive and had to carry my clothes to a launderette whilst pregnant, staff were unhelpful and not apologetic nor very friendly. Promised a partial refund, still waiting on a reply from 3 emails I’ve sent to chase up, wouldn’t book with them again....

"Lovely restored house in a neighborhood (more like a B&B). There is a bus that runs into Edinburgh proper or you can take the mile walk. The hotel gives very good recommendations for local dining. Parking can be difficult (limited on-street parking for non-residents). No eating in the rooms."
