"Had a great stay at this hotel. Parking was easy and I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception. My room was clean and tidy and contained everything I required. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area. "

"I booked and paid extra for a seafront room. The view was wonderful. Unfortunately the room was not:
1) The bed was disgracefully bad - the springs on both sides of the bed are worn out, causing a person to roll off the bed unless they stay in the absolute centre of the bed.
2) Both of the armchairs are absolutely shot - the springs in both are now non-existent - they are so old and worn out.

"Adult only hotel .parking was ok .The room was clean but standard for the price . Had robes and slippers, bottle of water and tea making facilities. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff were very polite throughout the hotel Higher management in the bar should be more active if mistakes are made and not wait for a complaint to be made.
The spa was really lovely, but had just too many people and we had to sit on the floor with drinks , which wasn’t relaxing.Needs a bigger sitting area or even...
