"Lovely property in a good location as a base to explore the area with a few supermarkets within 10-12 minutes drive for any shopping you may need. If you only have one car I suggest parking in the front as it is very tight to get a modern family sized car between the gates to park at the side of the property as suggested, if you need to take 2 cars make sure one is small otherwise there will not be space to park it without blocking the (friendly) neighbours. "My wife and I (plus) dog had a lovely week staying at Shewte farm. Perfect for the humans to relax and plenty of space for the dog to run around (he definitely didn't want to leave). Walks from the door plus lots to see and do within a short drive. We especially enjoyed lunch at Riverford Field Kitchen and a walk around Wonwell Beach. "We had a fantastic stay in this great location, rural but really convenient for local towns and beach. The house was well equipped, clean and it was a lovely touch to arrive to supplies left by the owner who was really easy to reach and helpful. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we'll be back!"

"We were blown away by this property! We had high expectations which were definitely met. It was a beautiful tardis, so many cool nooks and crannies, and differing spaces to hang out. All of the rooms were beautiful , comfortable and stylish. It was spotlessly clean throughout, bot a speck of dirt! "Woodpecker Barn is spacious with three large double bedrooms and plenty of living space. Lovely area and outlook across the fields. The play area and games room for all aged children plus the indoor pool was enjoyed. Louise was helpful and everything ran very smoothly. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area."
