The house was clean except for one major exception. The carpeting was repulsive. Clean or replace it with non-carpet flooring. That would be more dog friendly. The front steps contain a tripping hazard with a 1/2 step between whole steps. The property was advertised as not having heat or ac, fireplace only. No mention of what size wood was necessary. On arrival I discovered a heat pump, base board heat, and a space heater. Very confusing. The fireplace doesn't have a safety barrier to protect pets or small children. The fireplace juts into the living room. The king size bed was very tall, 31", it needed a step stool to climb into bed (not provided). Otherwise, the property is quiet, private, has a good location and a partial ocean view.
