Location, location, location with this property. We walked to restaurants, shopping, the Sherman Gardens and a special Thursday night event along PCH with lots to do, food specials, live music. Lots of fun. The house overall is really nice. Multi levels downstairs. All tile floors throughout. Very Mediterranean feel The house is at a busy intersection so noisy during the day. We used the patio and fire pit almost every night. Disappointed that it had somewhat overgrown trees that were very messy. We swept it daily as all those droppings were getting tracked into the house. The furniture on the small patio between the bedrooms was dirty. We used supplied beach towels to cover. Worked fine.The sectionals were a little uncomfortable. Need better back pillows.The top deck with the jacuzzi was really nice. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it looked very clean inside. We cooked several nights. The kitchen had most everything we needed. Would suggest place mats and trivets for the glass top dining table. It was spacious for the 6 of us. Our group rents short term rentals twice a year and we’ve been all over the West US. I will say that our property manager Roya was one of the best we’ve worked with. Her response time was so quick. She’s really at the top of her game as a PM. This property was a last minute replacement for us as the original property reserved was cancelled. We felt fortunate that a nice place like this was available as our dates weren’t flexible.

Terrible, cheap furniture. No comfortable seating. Badly furnished kitchen. Cheap pots and pans and minimal utensils. Dishwasher has no plate racks and washer dryer in the garage. One good thing....the mattresses were very comfortable.

Exceptional, beautiful, elegant home in wonderful Corona Del Mar walking distance to the beach. Artwork of local scenes was so nice to enjoy throughout. Especially enjoyed the peaceful patio with gorgeous trees and fire pit. Loved the ambiance and beautiful decor in this home. Hot tub on rooftop was really nice too.

Girls Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, clean house in a fantastic location. Every morning, we strolled to town for coffee and had a blast exploring the neighborhood. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water was hot, and the facilities were well-maintained. The rooftop hot tub was the cherry on top. We’re already planning our next trip back.

Excellent location,comfy beds.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect. As other reviews state, the beds are comfortable and there is no shortage of great pillows which I personally appreciate in a rental or even a hotel. The only negative for the property would be the kitchen - it has just enough but if you’re really wanting to cook while here you may want to factor there isn’t the most supplies. But again, enough! We would stay here again.

Marvelous

Really this place has all you need , beds so comfy just like sleeping on a cloud . Exceptional showers .Very handy , in walking distance to many amenities in a very pretty area . Heating was very responsive as our stay had a few chilly days . Would only change the couch in front of the t.v as gets uncomfortable after a while ( not supportive ). Would most definitely stay again , the owner was so helpful when our flight was cancelled at very short notice , we are very grateful to her .

Newport Beach Base

We used the Townhouse as a base for our Disney trip. Great location and safe area .. beds were super comfortable and bathrooms well equipped with excellent showers . The roof terrace was a great bonus and you could Glimpse the sea from up there . We will stay longer next time

60th Birthday Getaway

This was a perfect "girls' getaway" to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday along with her daughter and a good friend. The beautiful house is walkable to restaurants and the neighborhood is good for walking for exercise. The location is perfect for accessing the airport and the shopping we enjoyed at Laguna Beach and Balboa Island. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. There is a huge dining table. We didn't eat meals there, but played games every night . There was plenty of space that all four of us could hang out or watch tv...or we could all be in separate spaces both indoors and outside. There is a high end feel and the owner was promptly responsive when contacted.
