This was our second stay in this unit and we do really like it. It’s a great location and a lovely unit. We had a couple of issues with things that weren’t working properly, but Natalie and her team were very responsive and addressed the issues quickly. We would stay here again!

Perfect location with ocean views!

The condo was clean and well appointed and decorated. Ocean views from the living/dining area and kitchen. There were plenty of beach toys, towels, and cooking supplies. We loved that we were steps from the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Great location, clean

Great stay, very easy access to beach. Chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards in the garage made beach days great! There could be difficulty getting in garage when a large vehicle is parked in B, due to no room in the alley to swing out wide enough to be able to pull in straight. A really large vehicle may not fit.

Great location, quiet, and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The garage and alleyway is a very tight squeeze to navigate if you have any size SUV so be aware that street parking might be needed.Also appreciated that at the end of the stay the property manager asked for feedback and suggestions on the property and seemed to really listen to the few small notes I had.

We loved our stay here! The location was awesome - just steps to the beach! We like the layout and had everything we needed. There are beach toys and chairs (even a cooler) you can borrow for. We will for sure be back!

Wonderful location

Being able to see the beach from the balcony and the living room was amazing. Beautiful sunset views. Also, the property was walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made the location even more convenient. Layout of the property was perfect, it was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful location

We have stayed in Newport Beach before and chose this condo due to its location, ocean view, proximity to the pier and garage parking. It checked all those boxes and more!! Communication was great and it was a lovely stay.

Great Communication and Location

Cute little place that was perfect for our family with two teens. The location is ideal as everything is within walking distance. Very impressed with the communication during the booking process and check in process. My questions were always answered in a quick manner and they were very responsive. Great vacation rental!

Great property in a fantastic location!

Everything with our stay at this property went incredibly well. From the flexibility in checking in, to timely communication with the folks at OC Furnished Rentals, it was a true pleasure. The property was clean, well-stocked, comfortably furnished, and in an amazing location, less than one block from the beach. The outdoor balcony had a great view out to the ocean and the Newport Beach pier and was comfortable for two people. We only had a rental car for two days, but the secure garage was a bonus for the car and for the bikes that we rented for the week. The property even came with some useful beach equipment (a couple of boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, and some other fun items). The location was ideal for quickly getting on the walking / biking path and it was only a few minutes walk from shopping, dining, ice cream, night life, etc. And only a block away from bike / surf rentals and a 7-Eleven. The electronic locks were easy to use and effective. We will definitely plan to return to this property in the future!

Clean and close to the sand

Property manager allowed us to check in early. Property is one block from the beach. The weather was awful, cold and rainy, so next time maybe we will go later in the year. Sun is supposed to shine next week though, so you never know what you will get in January.

Great location but stealing your money

Loved the location of this property! Being from Newport Beach I thought this place was in the perfect location. The place was very pleasant and clean besides the sheets on the beds and the bath towels. They seemed to be stained with bleach and looked old and used. The shower to the master bathroom was so clogged you could not even take a shower without it filling up. After checking out of this property I soon to get an email and a charge of saying that sheets were stained and towels too. We were not even at the property to stain anything nor spent that much time at the place. We did NOT eat one meal in there, go to the beach, or having any children with us. I proceeded with an email back stating that it was misunderstanding that it could not of been us or mistaking it for another unit but I could not even get an email back. Be careful with staying here they might charge with stains or whatever it is just to get your money.
