Great location

The apartment suited our needs for the weekend but the bed configuration was not accurate in the listing specifically the queen bedroom does not have a futon. My son wanted to stay in the room with me and my husband and that was one of the reasons we chose this property. The back of the bathroom door was covered in beard shavings when we arrived and there was other small trash and dirt on the floors. In all it was a great location and we spent every night on the beach having dinner, talking and playing. Newport Coffee Co is a wonderful morning walk. It was a perfectly fine rental and the best asset is the location by far. Good communication and would rent again.

Southern California Retreat

This unit is the upstairs of a multi unit property. The location is amazing just steps away from a great beach with daily surf and the other side near shopping. Bring your own amenities as most things are not provided. It was listed in the information, but we missed it. Had a small concern with the gas dryer and it was dealt with promptly. All and all, we would definately stay again.

We all loved the suite we rented - a much need break after 2020!

The house was clean and neat, everything we needed was readily available - The hot water tank went out on the first night, but was fixed early the next morning! We enjoyed the games that were in the coffee table - especially Rummikub - so much fun after a day of enjoying the beach! My only negative was that the kitchen sink backed up one morning, but with a little hot water we were able to get it cleared up.

Perfect beach home to get some RR!

Our family of four stayed at this beautiful home back at the end of October, and had a wonderful time. It's a quick 2 min walk to beach so that was amazing. The home itself was spacious, super clean, and nicely updated. We had easy communication with home management company, and it was a quick check in and out process which was much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall Good

We enjoyed the location (just one house from the beach,) but unfortunately had 3 of our 5 bikes (that were locked up) stolen. Unfortunately the garage was too small to hold a car and bikes, so we had locked them up in the alley outside our place. Someone came overnight and clipped the locks. It makes me feel like that area isn't very safe. We enjoyed the beach and the house was nice. It did have a deck, although very small (only held 2 people.) The place was clean and had enough pots/pans, utensils, etc to use, but not much else. Bring your own soap, shampoo, beach chairs, bbq briquettes, etc. We appreciated being able to save some money on the fees by bringing our own sheets and towels.

So close to the beach!

UPSIDE: Great property with plenty of room for my family of four. Kitchen was well stocked. So close to the beach with a nice little patio to relax on. The renters below were very nice. You can walk to just about anywhere so park the car in the garage and leave it there! DOWNSIDE: Its a little loud fri/sat nights with parties. Garbage trucks in the morning are part of life, too.

Probably never again

For starters the queen bed sounded like it was going to brake every time you moved. On Friday night when trying to sleep it sounded like someone was making sounds on our coming from the private room next door. Also the shower next to master bedroom didn't drain properly

Newport Heaven

Just completed a 3 night stay and the property and location were amazing. Ocean view, sunsets, waves crashing, what else could you ask for. Home was ideal ! Would definitely recommend. Hope I can come back.....

Amazing First Family Vacation
