We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Can walk to the beach and restaurants. Downside is the bottom unit doesn’t have a patio. Upstairs units have balconies you can sit on and enjoy the weather and view. Gets a little stuffy in the unit.Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed, nice to have beach gear and boogie boards. Toilet in bathroom in en-suite room was loud. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

The place was so clean and well kept up for the beach. Things can get a little sticky and damp at the beach. Loved the location and we had really good neighbors too. We stayed one week and would love to stay there again someday.

Another awesome Newport trip. The location of this unit couldn’t be more convenient. Everything you need is in walking distance. Beds are comfy, couch is comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location

We had such a great time staying at this place in Newport Beach! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Natalie was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Newport!

Newport 2023

This was our first time renting a beach house and it was everything we could hope for. Unit C is super cute, it accommodated 8 adults well, (3 were adult children), and having a kitchen was nice too. The outside parking spot was a great addition. Our location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants and even 7eleven.

Less than a block to the beach

Great spot close to the boardwalk, surf shops and pier. Very clean. Some noise from neighbors to be expected with the close proximity. Garage had chairs and beach toys. Would recommend.

Perfect Location

Our family really enjoyed our weekend stay in this beautiful property! Everything was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. We were so close to the beach, pier and shops/restaurants. It was especially convenient to have a dedicated parking space!

I wish I listened to other reviews

When reading reviews a lot of times I think people might be over exaggerating or too particular but previous people were spot on with this rental! First, there was a lack in communication when I had to pay and I had to reach out to the company for check in instructions. Not a huge deal but I’m used to rental properties being more commutative and on top of sending information. Second, the location is AMAZING! Being able to walk to the beach and Newport shops was the best! Third, with that being said I wouldn’t stay at this rental again. The cleanliness was poor! When we arrived I wiped down switches, doorknobs and handles and it was disgusting! My wipe was black! I have a background in commercial cleaning and this place needs new cleaners! It looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a few years. A magic eraser is your friend for the filthy walls and door jams. We spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up and again the paper towels were black. The bunk bed room does have a strong urine smell as someone previously said in a review. My son lost a Disney pin somewhere so while looking for it I was again grossed out by hidden dust, dirt and grim. And, my mothers pillowcase had old makeup on it. Fourth, bring earplugs!!!! People previously complained about hearing everything from people on the street to tenants above. They weren’t wrong! The last thing you want after an exhausting day at Disney or exploring is to lay in bed listening to the guy upstairs brushing his teeth or the construction on the building next door. Lastly, just a few added things like ziploc baggies, plastic wrap, and a few basic spices would be greatly appreciated to make life easier.

Location to Beach is PERFECT!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location to the beach was awesome. The house offered many amenities (i.e. Beach towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrella and boogie boards). Can I put in a plug for some beach cruisers ;)!!! That would just take this home over the top, but everything else needed was there. Thanks for opening up your home to us. We loved it and will bookmark it for our annual family trip.

Super central

Super central location. Great amenities. Checkout time at our hotel in Anaheim was noon so we arrived at 1:00. We are a family of 8, including my 82 yr old mom. We were allowed to park in our designated parking spot and we put all our luggage in the car. Although checkout at the house is 10:00, cleaning crew arrives at 3:00 but crew did their best and finished at 4:00. Unit is as described. Weekend nights are a bit busy. One night there were bright police lights in front of unit for a long time. We liked the central location for our large group but may try something further south for our next visit. All in all it’s a beautiful beach and we had a great time!

Wedding/Pleasure

We came to California for a family wedding. After leaving the wedding we were able to stay just 2 nights at this home. It was just a few feet from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was spacious and clean. It also had baby equipment we needed for our infant. We wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely come again.

AMAZING LOCATION

Steps away from the sand- great location! We were there for 4th of July and couldn’t of been any happier. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, rentals for bikes/scooters. Specific designated parking spot which was SUPER IMPORTANT for that busy area! Management instantly replies to any text I sent (general questions) and access to boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs. We were very happy staying at this property.

First time in Newport

We had a blast. This location is perfect! Very clean, very cozy! Wish the king bed was in the room with the ensuite! Overall, we will rave about it and come back for sure!

Great location

The location was great! Very walkable to beach, dining, and shopping. The Rental unit was clean and had everything you will need. Comfortable. If your party has 2 vehicles, the street parking can be difficult. Also need to remember to move your car on the designated street cleaning day or you will be ticketed by the city.

Convenient and Comfortable

This property is located so close to the beach. It is also within very close walking distance to so many food places and shops. It was incredibly convenient. Check in was a breeze. It was super comfortable and stocked with so many things that made our stay so very easy. For instance, they had: a pack and play, a baby booster seat with tray, sun umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, & a kitchen stocked with appliances and cookware, etc. We had such a wonderful time, and would go back in a heartbeat.
