"Everything was very well stocked. The shower was a little small to be able to wash your feet. This unit did not have a garage to park in even though there were three empty garage spaces. That would’ve made it a lot better if we didn’t have to hunt for street parking. "

"Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! "

"this place was so cute & perfect for my boyfriend and I! we were able to walk down to the Balboa shops & to the ferry. We were also able to bike around to newport and the beach. The place is bigger than the pictures give off and we had plenty of room for the two of us to relax and hang out! would recommend & book again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and was an excellent location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The garage fit our midsize suv (snugly). FYI: The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. It is on a busy road so take earplugs/white noise machines because with no air conditioning you’ll want to open doors and windows. "Great location with about a half mile walk to Marine Avenue and lots of fun restaurants. The boardwalk was just a block from the unit and provided beautiful Island bayside walks. The outside deck was great for dining alfresco. The attached garage was a definate plus and took away parking stress when taking the car out. Overall great stay for us."

"This is our second time visiting this property. Perfect location for a family friendly Cali beach experience. Things for kids to do and adults have options as well. Our property had nice size rooms, fully equipped kitchen and eating spaces, and a great patio overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. The owner was friendly, easily available and super helpful.Thanks Ed for a great visit."
