"This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!"

"A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. "We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental.
