We enjoyed this quiet, easy to access cabin! It was close to all the major things we chose to do Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Alpine Coaster, Valle Crucis candy & park and a good little drive to Emerald Village Gem Mining. Very pleased with our time!

Great mtn stay!!!

Cabin was in perfect condition and totally private to provide wonderfully peaceful days! Ian was absolutely amazing at any and all communications. Enjoyed local family event at Camp Linn,days of hiking, grilling out dinners and just truly relaxing in tranquility! Thank you Ian for such an amazing cabin to call home a few days!! highly recommend to anyone and would most definitely return!!!!

Great Cabin near Sugar Mtn and Grandfather

Great cabin. Cozy but plenty of room just as described. Was hiking and mountain biking with sons. Well maintained driveway that’s not too steep. Loved the big front porch.

Perfect location

We had the most relaxing stay. Very tranquil and we didn't want to return home. Highly recommend for a great way to recharge. The internet was spotty but that just made it that much more secluded and helped us engage more with each other.

Couldn't ask for a better host!!!

The cabin was beautiful. It was so peaceful and felt secluded but was close to many stores. You really can't ask for a better host either. Ian goes above and beyond for his guests in all aspects. Believe the reviews, I'm glad I did!!!!!

Pleasant Stay!

Two couples. We enjoyed our stay in this cabin near a wedding venue. Many kitchen and bath amenities made our stay comfortable and the cleanliness was A+. We enjoyed the outdoor deck, porch, and fire pit. A neighbor's dog frequented the outdoor areas but was not a nuisance. Overall, great place to stay.

Beautiful cabin and excellent service from the host!

The host, Ian, made the stay seamless and enjoyable! The cabin was nicely stocked with essentials (toilet paper/linens/kitchen supplies etc.) and Ian was always extremely quick to respond anytime I had a question. We did have an issue with the breaker box but he responded within minutes and had an electrician out within 15min to have it fixed. The cabin was centrally located for a short drive to Grandfather mountain/ blowing rock/ Boone and Linville. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend!

Pleasant

The place and vacation was very nice. Good location. Cabin was roomy, clean and had everything you need. Good location only complaints tv/internet service was intermittent, the storm doors did not close properly and the porch chairs are not comfortable. Ian was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful Cabin

We loved our stay here! Highly recommend! It is secluded and yet close to so many things. The cabin is huge! The kitchen is great, It had everything we needed to cook meals there. The view is beautiful, having coffee on the front porch swing was great. The kids liked the treehouse in back too, though it is quite a steep hill to get to it the sunset view from up there is amazing. Beds and couches were comfortable as well. The only thing we would have liked was dressers in the bedrooms to unpack our clothes into. Otherwise it was just perfect! The owner was also very responsive when we had any questions.

Breathtaking Views

Absolutely gorgeous. The only slight annoyance was the front screen and side screen doors were broken so they didn’t properly close but other than it was fantastic!!

Spring Break in North Carolina

We enjoyed staying in this log cabin in NC and even got to do a little sledding in the backyard after waking up to snow on our last morning. The cabin is close to Linville Falls and Caverns and Sugar Mountain where we enjoyed skiing.

5 STARS!!! Amazing House and Owners!

We had an amazing time in this cabin. My family and I were visiting during the winter snowstorm. Unfortunately, we were snowed in for an extra day. Not that we were complaining! Fortunately, we had an amazing place to stay and enjoy the snow!! The owner, Ian, was so helpful getting us out of the 17 inches of snow that was covering our cars and driveway! Thank you again for everything you did for us! We will definitely be back! AMAZING HOUSE, LOCATION, & OWNERS!

Nice Mountain Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay in this Cabin. The property manager was very quick to answer any questions. My son loved having a Husky dog visit when we were outside. The dog was very friendly. The house was very clean. We would love to visit and stay in this property again.

Family reunion

Great cabin for relaxing and enjoying the world around us. Close to all sites we wanted to visit and then come home and relax. Grandsons enjoyed the tree house in the back. Ian was quick to answer any questions we had.
