Newberg area Wine Country - relaxing getaway

We stayed at the old farm for my son’s graduation in June. The property was beautiful and so relaxing. There were only 5 of us so we didn’t need all of the bedrooms but we enjoyed our stay. It is definitely a drive out in the country. About 15 minutes into Newberg.

Beautiful mature landscaping and lots of tall trees.

Tire swing. Plenty of of outdoor seating.

Perfect for a small wedding!

Beautiful property! The house was welcoming and the front and backyard were perfect for our dogs to explore. We had a very small wedding ceremony with family and friends and we had everything we needed. The concierge service was very responsive throughout the entire stay so I appreciated them answering all my questions!

Fantastic Get Away

My family spent Thanksgiving at this property, and we had a wonderful time! There were comfy beds for everyone, and so much space for us to spread out. The kitchen and living rooms were great spaces us for us to all be together. The location of the house gave us so much privacy. I would recommend this house to anyone that is longing to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax!

Absolutely perfect

We had a group of 10 visiting wine country. We loved the proximity to so many incredible wineries. Each one of us were beyond grateful for this amazing home. Located on a vineyard, tennis court, hot tub, outdoor shower, fruit trees with delicious pears, and a fire pit. It has everything you need and we cooked most of our meals, eating outside on the spacious deck. The hosts were amazing. They left us a handwritten note, local coffee, and popcorn, and a bottle of wine. After traveling a lot, this is now my number one spot and VRBO! Absolute perfection.

Great Place

This was a perfect place for our group of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend the Farm House.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay at Old Farm. We were in the area for my son’s wedding, and it was perfect for our purposes of accommodating family and friends. The setting is wonderful, and we adored the funky and eclectic farmhouse decor. We wished we could have stayed longer and had more time to just hang out and explore.

Right at home

The home and property are beautiful. My family and I loved everything about the home. The property management company had great communication and gave an excess of resources. The home was stocked with the necessities and a very nice welcome gift of wine, coffee, and popcorn. While modern, the home still has some old farm feel. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to have a tennis tournament! One of the top VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful stay at a perfect location

I stayed here for my sister’s wine tasting bachelorette party and we had the best time. The property is so beautiful and has so many great amenities. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy all that the property had to offer, but we loved the comfy beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great location by lots of good wineries, and beautiful grounds surrounding the house. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We really enjoyed staying at The Old Farm. All the special touches and welcome gift. So very comfortable with lots of rooms so we all had some privacy. Very enjoyable to cook in the well stocked kitchen. Great location with beautiful views from every room. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent communication with the management.

Nice Farm House

The property was very nice, and well maintained. The master bedroom and bath were awesome. Most of us ended up using the master bath, since the other full bath didn't get high marks. The upstairs rooms are fine for sleeping, but the real beauty and utility of the house is downstairs. We were very thankful for the chance to use this lovely home.

Charming farm house in Wine Country

The property was secluded and beautiful. Had all the amenities needed for a party of 7 people. Nice house warming gift of wine bottle. Good communication. Only negative is that they sent me a rental agreement from the property management company that had terms that conflicted with VRBO - redundant cleaning charge and conflicting cancellation terms. I called and they quickly amended the agreement. Woman on the phone was very nice.

Great hosts nice house

Overall very nice. Walking distance to a couple of tasting rooms. The neighboring vineyard, Jachter, has great wine too.
