Very clean, comfortable, and love the decor. Would definitely stay here again when In the area. Commute to nyc is easy by train & plenty of affordable food options nearby.

Clean and spacious. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. Walkable to PATH Station. Host was extremely easy to communicate with.

We really appreciated the clear and helpful communications from Dermot, and the apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped - perfect for a short stay. The location was convenient as a base, and parking was manageable on the street.

Fantastic base to use for our trip, lovely clean apartment with a 10-12 min walk to the PATH station. As an added bonus , the 9 hole golf course at Skyway( within walking distance) allowed non members.

We found photos of the apartment were modest with plenty of room for 3 of us (and up to 4) to be very comfortable. The place had also been nicely updated with modern amenities to show the host has also put thought towards smaller comforts. The host was very responsive and accommodating which made our arrival to a new City seamless. Thanks Dermot!

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to the PATH. Dermot was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the upstairs unit was very clean. Will definitely stay again when visiting Jersey City.

Appartement très agréable, dans un quartier plutôt calme. idéalement situé à 15min à pied de Journal Square Station et à 30 min de World Trade Center. Le propriétaire, Dermot, est très serviable et réactif, il a su répondre à toutes nos questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and beautifully renovated. The host was extremely hospitable and communicated clearly throughout our trip, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect—just a short, easy trip to the PATH train, with grocery stores and coffee shops nearby. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Dermot was very communicative and helpful. His instructions were clear and he reached out early with check-in and check-out details. Street parking is available and it wasn't stressful finding a spot each day. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and uncluttered. We were there for a convention that is being done in a series throughout the summer, and I've already recommended this space to a friend who will be attending next month.

The house was in great condition and the host was very welcoming. He was able to reserve a street spot for us so we didn't have to hunt for a place to park. Was very communicative and pleasant

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement. Es ist alles genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. Viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs waren bereits vorhanden (Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Seife...). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Er hat immer sehr freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe, jedoch ist das Preisniveau von diesen kleinen Läden ziemlich hoch. Etwas weiter entfernt ist Aldi und Walmart. Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Dermot für den guten Aufenthalt.

Wonderful stay in Jersey City with Dermot, who was an excellent host. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed and loved the comfortable bed. Access to the Journal Square PATH station was easy to walk, though we used Lyft a few times at night ( because it was raining, not because we felt unsafe). Highly recommend!

This was the full floor, bedroom, modern kitchen, living room, sitting room that was nicely furnished and quiet. A bit of a walk to Path train to NYC. The host was very friendly when I checked in. Very good value.
