Excelente hotel. Tiene una muy buena ubicación de lo que buscábamos hacer, estar lejos del centro y del bullicio. El hotel es muy cómodo, tiene una buena vista y a pesar de que nos habían dicho que los cuartos muy arriba se escuchaba el ruido del bar de arriba, estábamos en el piso 12 y nunca nos molestó. El gym está bastante equipado y con una muy buena vista. El bar tiene buen servicio. La cama está deliciosa, con 4 almohadas. Súper recomendación.

Ubicación, restaurantes, zona, es un gran hotel. No me gustó que el agua no salía muy caliente y que se escuchaba mucho la tubería cuando el vecino abría la regadera.

Llege y mi reserva estaba por algún motivo cancelada y no obtuve mis beneficios de pu Roa con hoteles.com pues ellos generaron otra reserva nueva sin los beneficios y también no me bonificaron el anticipo que cargo hoteles.com ya que eran 2 reservas una por 3 noches que se cancelo por algún motivo en su sistema y otra de una noche que esa si quedo atraves de hoteles.com

Me gusto el cuarto, su vista, el “look & feel”, etc. No me gusto, para la tarifa que pague, no resultó fácil acceder al resto de los amenities, en particular el único día que quise ir al roof bar o como se llame había un evento privado…Luego pagando casi usd 500/día sin desayuno…pero en fin esto yo lo supe al reservar…En la recepción tienen algún desorden con compras que llegan para el cuarto, pero se solucionó. En fin por el precio pagado me parece que falta digamos retorno, va a ser sirio que vuelva. Sds.

Had a corner room with a view of the river…it was amazing! The hotel was trendy, clean, beautiful room & walkable to many great shops & restaurants! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Standard. It’s a great property in a very good location with easy access to the High Line and River parks. Due to this, however, it is fairly expensive. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a great view of the Hudson. Music could be heard from the Brass Monkey bar below but it wasn’t terribly loud where we were. The room was small but we didn’t need much space and the bed was comfortable. Only odd thing was the shower would spray water all over the bathroom floor, meaning you’d be standing in a puddle to brush your teeth. Overall a great experience!

Indeed our neighborhood and room layouts are a bit alternative when compared to other hotels; but, we like to consider it to be part of all the fun. Some of our rooms come with the layout that you have described but we do have other categories, such as our Deluxe King ADA which features a private restroom that is separate from the bathing area. This is one my favorite room categories as it feels more spacious and provides more privacy than our other room types. The room was absolutely filthy and in need of a refurbishment. There was hair in the tub and the prior guests underwear under my bed. The carpet was covered in stains

Our room was very comfortable and well designed and had an amazing view in 3 directions. Other than the potty, there are no doors separating the living space from the bathroom, so make sure you're okay being intimate with your roomie. The gym is good, the location is fantastic and we liked the restaurants. There's a nightclub on the top floor and we could hear the music at night, but it wasn't that loud and we were fine with it.

This area of NYC is extremely accessible for those in need. Wide streets, vehicle traffic, but moderate in comparison to other areas. Sidewalk ramps and most stores, restaurants have door buttons or auto open. Cabs and ubers of all types. As far as the hotel, its as they describe and for the congruence between the description, photos, and in person...i rate them excellent, because they deliver what they advertise. The room was clean. Seriously, i checked for dust on the light fixtures...neglible. A deciding factor for me was a room with a view, and ultimately why I chose to stay here. My room overlooked the meatpacking district and the river, floor to ceiling windows, amazing sunrise, sunset and skyline views. The showers seem to be a thing in reviews. Most quibbling about how the water goes all over the floor and room. Its not horrible, if even concerning. The rooms come well stocked with towels, oversized to mini. The staff was great. The qater pressure was great. Wash your butts while looking out the windows.

Team, I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the shocking and unacceptable service I received during my recent stay at Landmark Hotel, an experience that was marred by egregious levels of disrespect and unprofessionalism exhibited by your staff. This letter serves as a formal complaint, and I am compelled to detail the disturbing incidents that occurred. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM to receive my new key and check in, only to be harassed by your staff. Their disrespectful, casual demeanor and language are completely unacceptable. As a Marriot Ambassador Elite (a status anyone can qualify for, obviously), frequenting hotels for over 100 nights a year, I can assert this is the poorest service I have experienced at any high-end hotel. Your Asia Pacific division would find this level of service disgraceful. On 11 april 2024, my interactions with certain members of your staff were nothing short of harrowing. Not only was I subjected to extraordinarily discourteous behavior, but I also encountered openly hostile attitudes that one would not anticipate in any establishment, much less one of your reputed standing. Terms such as “OD” were thrown around carelessly in conversation, displaying a blatant disregard for professional decorum and sensitivity. The term “whack” was also used in reference to myself, which I found deeply offensive and unprofessional. Furthermore, the behavior escalated to a point where I felt harassed; surrounded by multiple

Unfortunately there was no hot water for the shower which wasn’t the end of the world until the next morning. It provided the jolt needed to get the day started but I would’ve preferred coffee instead.

Didnt enjoy my room,,paid almost 700 i was expectong to be wowed,,i wouldhv enjoyed at a cheaper hotel ,,room was small for a corner king,,we were downgraded from a room with tub to a room with river view and no tub,,thats what i had paid for,,(room with river view and tub,,cause my sister was celebrating her birth3and we had a photographer,,so that didnt happen

Hi Nathania,Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. After reviewing your reservation, I was able to see that you originally booked a Corner King room with us and was assigned to this room type as well. Our Corner King rooms differ from other room types in that there are two different layouts on each floor. The first features a bathtub and has a view of the city and the second has a view of the River but does not have a bathtub.In order to guarantee a room with a view of the river and a bathtub we suggest booking one of our Deluxe Rooms or the Hudson Suite. The former has a bathtub and faces south towards the river and the latter has a 180-degree view of the west side and guarantees a bathtub. I am sorry if this was not properly explained at check-in. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as it grants us the opportunity to focus on specific areas for improvement. We thank you for choosing Standard and hope you will give us another chance to see what our hotel can truly offer.

Overall, a good hotel. Two main complaints: 1. I upgraded to a suite and the entire bathroom is exposed. There are no walls. Even for a couple this is a bit much. 2. I was on the 8th floor and could hear the bass from the rooftop nightclub all night. Wear earplugs.
