Loved this hotel. Cool design. Staff was lovely and helpful. Nice boutique hotel. 24-hour coffee, tea and water in the lobby was a nice touch. Free continental breakfast was a bonus. Would stay again.

This hotel was cute and a good location right near Times Square. The room we had on the sixth floor was very dark with a window to the stairs between buildings. It was also very close to the stairway which is used by people going to a restaurant so that location was quite noisy. But the bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. In regards to customer service the girl checking in could have been a little nicer. When you check in to a hotel you expect some sort of upbeat demeanor but this was just disappointing. The gentleman at the door who took our bag was very kind and happy.

It was an Ok stay for 1 night , layover.Reception was bland, it was not bad but not great , kept emphasize at check in the propery was "non smoking " ok , we never requested nor was bothered by it being Non smoking or smoking , seemed strange , Didnt advise hotel amenities which was also strange , thats how people.spend more $$$ .Mediocre stay , cant say I would recommend or stay again.

We stay at the Sanctuary every time we’re in NYC. The staff members seem to try to outdo each other when it comes to customer service. Every one we’ve met is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are clean and very quiet.

This property was great! Everyone is so kind and courteous. It’s a great location if you’re looking to stay in Times Square then this is def a must.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the enclosed rooftop patio and their food was quite tasty. I would recommend our room update their bed as it was in need of replacement.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The breakfast included was convenient and delicious. I really enjoyed the ambiance and feel of the place. And of course, you can’t beat the location.

Perfect location for broadway shows, Time Square, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Downside, there is a lot of noise on the street side.

Perfect location, perfect hotel.
If you have a short stay in Manhattan, this hotel is perfect and within easy walking distance to the most iconic destinations in the city. There is a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant and a little gym. The room was clean, modern and beautiful. The room was small but compactly practical and well layed out. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in the city and this was the best for the price. Exceptional hotels for couples and it also had a nice breakfast area with decent food options. Staff was very professional and very helpful and accomidating

Cute boutique hotel. Small room but it is well designed and comfortable. Can't see the light of day out the windows, however, bc they are so close to other buildings. However,, the staff is very friendly and the location is fabulous so I will likely be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this nice boutique hotel. Our room was very nice, quiet with a very comfortable bed. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant " The Haven" and it was very good with a beautiful view. We look forward to returning again.

The stay overall was nice but the rooms are literally love shacks if you go with someone you’re not fond of you will feel trapped in your room. The photos are really deceiving the room is extremely small like you have to walk to the side just to get around the room. But outside of the room being extremely small the staff is great and the location.

I will not comeback and it’s NOT 4.5 stars Hotel
I didn’t get the room in the photos for sure, I got less than 7 fit room, OLD, electrical bad, the breakfast was so poor OMG. That’s like throwing money to the garbage! I blame hotels.com also they gave it 4.5 stars that 2.5 starts at max!!
