Gran experiencia!! Llegamos al hotel a las 11 am y nos asignaron la habitación de inmediato. El personal súper amable y predispuesto a ayudar. La habitación súper pequeña, es una cabina. Recomiendo!

Todo bien
La habitación es muy pequeña pero funcional,tiene todo lo que uno necesita, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es muy linda y es cerca de Manhattan.

Es un muy mal hotel
Fue muy muy mal el hotel híper pequeño y cuando quisimos el reembolso se negaron

Gracias por estar con nosotros. Somos un micro hotel y las habitaciones están diseñadas como tal. Tenemos habitaciones llamadas Pod Plus que ofrecen más pies cuadrados que nuestras habitaciones estándar, pero tienden a agotarse rápidamente ya que solo hay un número limitado en el hotel.Además, la reserva que realizó fue prepaga, no reembolsable, por lo que se denegó su solicitud de reembolso.

Bueno pero demasiado pequeño
Muy bien ubicado, limpio y excelentes instalaciones. Nos hospedamos en el cuarto más sencillo y tiene todo lo básico, aunque es demasiado pequeño.

Excelente experiencia, muy recomendable, la zona genial para descansar después de pasar el día en Manhattan. El hotel muy limpio y moderno, las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero perfectas para estadías cortas

We loved the Pod Brooklyn SO much! They were so accommodating. They let us check in early and check out late. They also held our luggage after check out so we could get lunch. Great staff, clean room, great first experience. We will be staying here again!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Was super lucky and got a parking spot right in front of hotel. Really liked the common spaces inside and outside, makes it feel like a retreat. Cafe on the ground floor was nice and clean Great for an overnight stay, would stay again

The area is excellent. The only issue I have is the bathroom situation in the rooms being very tiny for a high price.

Pod is the basic experience. No frills, small rooms, showers/toilet combined, so don’t expect to much. Perfect for a single traveller. If i travelled with my wife i would never stay here!!

They gave me and my wife a bunk bed instead of a queen size bed staff was not at desk when we want to ask for a different room i did not stay the night due to fact of no staff to help
