I am really disappointed by the service.
Such a shame that a hotel with that view and location have such service and conditions of the rooms.
Even thought I am a platinum client on expedía and they should give me an upgrade if they are rooms available, they gave me the 12 for when they have upper levels in the same category.
I pay for a junior suit and I expect to be clean and with the services that any other hotel gives me. They didn't give me the bottle of water of every day,they didn’t give me the service of coffee and even the service of the water, also they didn’t have the service of the wake up call that any hotel gives. The day of the check out I ask for the late check out service and the manager of the night Jorge Guitierrez denied it and also told me that they can´t have in custody my baggage. The room was dirty, in the bathroom, I found trash of shampoo pasted on the walls, the floor it was darker in some areas (dirty) and when I look under the bed it was with a lot of fluff. Really disgusting.
