Alojamiento muy bien ubicado para disfrutar de Manhattan midtown, con acceso muy cercano al metro, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Habitación agradable, con todos los servicios indicados en la oferta. Nosotros hemos dormido cómodos, aunque con ruidos diversos del propio edificio (cañerías, calefacción, etc.), pero sin oír ruidos de los vecinos. No es un hotel al uso y eso se nota si es lo que estás buscando. Es más un centro de gestión de apartamentos, en un edificio compartido con otros inquilinos. Las instalaciones comunes son muy limitadas. El personal del centro es atento via email (dando bastante información por anticipado), pero poco atento en persona. Tienen servicio para guardar las maletas, incluido en el servicio, lo que también está muy bien.

A convenient location in New York City. The manager was prompt with his response and the amenities are great for those who travel for more than few days. I’d come back to this hotel for our next trip.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, man ist mitten im Geschehen und abends schnell zu Hause, wenn man noch etwas bis spät unternimmt. Die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet, nur ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs hat noch gefehlt. Duschgel, Shampoo, Handseife und Spülmittel waren vorhanden. Während der Öffnungszeiten war die Rezeption immer gut erreichbar, wenn etwas nicht gestimmt hat, wurde uns schnell geholfen. Die Betten war bequem. Eine tolle Option für Gruppen!

A nice budget-friendly option in Midtown. Lots to do and see in the area and very close the the 34th Street Subway. The place is a little small but everything was clean and worked. The patio was a real bonus, even though the weather wasn't great for it. We'll probably come back!

There is lots of places you can eat, and shopping!
The front desk assistant is very nice and friendly! And the people that provide service here are very polite, friendly, and made people feel welcome! They also follows strict rules, in order to help guests! And if I will pick the Hotel next time, I will still pick here!

The apartment had very bad heating, it was very cold. The TV couldn't be seen, it was stuck to a wall behind a bed and didn't move. The apartment is very small for 5 people, on top of that they promote it for 6. Impossible to cook or even eat comfortable food, due to the size of the apartment and the lack of utensils. I didn't have glasses, for example. Really a very bad experience. The only thing notable is the location. I felt cheated.

The location of the accommodation is good and the kitchenware is clean. However, the iron bed is noisy. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a 6-person room to rest comfortably.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room and the friendliness of the people at the reception desk. Our room was ready early and we were lucky enough to have to room on the 12th floor which had an outdoor space that was incredible! It had an outdoor enclosed patio with a heater and awesome patio furniture. Our other room was great too. Perfect for our needs too but a bit smaller. I would definitely come back and reserve the bigger room with the terrace! Super clean and affordable! Great area too! Central to everything.

We got a room that looked nothing like the picture when we booked. The building is not just a hotel, it contains nail salons among other shops/offices on other floors. The front desk is a security desk who can handle check ins and check outs, the hotel office is located around the back and is not 24 hours. Aside from that, the room was quiet and clean and the location is great, walking distance for a lot of fun things.

Highly Recommend Hotel and the City-Midtown!
Loved this hotel! Our room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Reception 1 took excellent care of us. The location was super! Literally a couple of blocks from the Empire State Building, and Blank Street Cafe!

Great for a quick overnight with friends.
The apartment was exactly as described- there were plenty of places to sleep for our group of 8. The beds were mostly comfortable, and the apartment was very warm. It was clean and perfect for an overnight for a group of friends, even though it is small. The check in process was mostly easy, although I had to message the owner in order to get instructions on how to check in. They were not sent automatically as promised in the listing. Convenient luggage storage on site if you are checking out and want to wander the city. It would be appreciated to have a broom for the floors or a mop especially in the winter because we were tracking in all kinds of dirt and snow from the crazy weather outside, even with removing shoes at the entrance.

The property itself seemed clean but when we woke up in the morning there was a giant cockroach in the room. The building hallway was not the best-smelled and was generally unpleasant. The actual room was a good size for our family of 5. The host was very responsive. For the price and location it was a good deal but we probably won’t return due to the cockroach and the gross hallway and elevators.

Great hotel! Herald Square
This place has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It’s not fancy, but comfortable beds and multiple if needed. Clean spacious bathroom, tv, Wi-Fi etc. Good location. Very close to Herald Square. Walkable to Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center. It’s a different vibe in that it’s more like a small apartment, has a tiny kitchenette etc, not really like a hotel. It definitely worked better for us, as a family of 5.

Our family group of 8 ladies stayed in the duplex room for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy, but a clean place to sleep and shower in a safe, easy to navigate location. Staff was helpful both in person and over the phone. I would recommend this room to a friend and would stay again myself.

Great communication from beginning to end. Very safe building and area. Near lots of NYC landmarks and fun things to see and do but still walkable to the “hustle and bustle” of the city.
