El ruido del refrigerador y la calle no dejan dormir. La cama es muy pequeña y llena de resortes y varillas. Fue una experiencia muy des confortarte. Cancele mi reservación y jamás regresaría.

Cozy, amazing location and clean!!

Luna de miel perfecta
La verdad es que es tal cual como se ve en las fotografías...un aparthotel al estilo Neoyorquino...pequeñito pero perfecto. Todo muy limpio. Lo único malo es que no tiene ascensor...pero por todo lo demás, nos encantó.

east village calidad-precio mal
Estupendo el lugar donde se encuentra el hotel, pero tiene un precio excesivo por el servicio que ofrece. La habitación es pequeña, solo se puede salir de un ladio de la cama; la cocina esta bien pero tenia muy poco vajilla; el baño bien pero la mampara no cerraba. La nevera y la calefaccion eran muy ruidosos, pero lo peor era la habitacion del lado, musica super fuerte hasta la 1 de la noche, nada de insonorización y como no hay nadie en recepcion no te puedes quejar. El primer dia nos retuvieron un deposito sin avisar y cuidado que cobran por todo, para guardar las maletas, para pedir un cojin, etc... la relacion calidad precio es muy mala.

Es un apart-hotel con cocina muy bien equipada para desayunar en la habitación. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado en la zona hipie de la ciudad con mucho movimiento nocturno. Vale mucho la pena si el presupuesto es chico, lo recomiendo totalmente como una muy buena opción economica.

There were 2 stoves in the kitchen, 1 was broken. Also not enough tools to cook properly. In the ad of the location we should have one desk in the room, we had to ask to add it as it wasn’t there at our arrival. No furnitures at all in the room. AC was not attached properly to the wall and cold air draft was coming inside making the room cold, also the AC once on was very noisy. Cleaning service was almost absent.

Very disappointing. There was no communication from the hotel, even when there was a major leak from the ceiling. Stains on the wall suggested that this leak was not new. Bedsheets and towels were stained too, there was no safe, no desk, no bedside table, and no bedside light or lightswitch.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to access the hotel and the room. Everything is automated and the staff is always prompt and responsive. The only real blemish is that the bathroom door did not lock but that's a very minor detail. The EVH has a great location and easy access to everything. The room as as advertised. Would stay again.

I absolutely love this place! No front desk area to deal with, just get your codes and go to your room. Brilliant! Have been staying here for a while now because my daughter attends NYU so the location is perfect!

This hotel was very convenient for me. I was visiting my daughter who lived close by. My only issue was how noisy it was outside. The room was basic, but very clean. Communication was great and the cookie was delicious.

The hotel is fine, the area at night gets extremely noisy, specially at night, the room is a decent size, but it needs a bit more cleaning detailing, floors were dusty to be barefoot and then going to be, pillows looked yellow. I guess you get what you paid for, also we picked this hotel for having a king size bed and we got a queen, if we knew we will have booked somewhere else

We enjoyed the location. We did very well with parking and that was free! It was noisy but that was expected. I just played a white noise on my phone and it really helped me. Always good to have a kitchenette. We end up bringing home lots of great treats!

Be advised that there is no elevator, only flights of stairs to your room. There is also no front desk with staff to call about matters regarding your stay. Our communication with the hotel was via email (for the code to enter the building and instructions to check out). This hotel is sufficient for someone who is just looking for a place to sleep and store their things while out in the city. Slept well; it was not disturbingly loud. By no means luxurious. Affordable by Manhattan standards. Very easy access to shopping and dining. It gave us what we needed for a night out in the city - nothing more, nothing less.

Basic hotel, room needs to have some things addressed. Bathroom sink clogged, wrong size toilet seat. Bed was good, room needs some TLC. Only stayed one night, so met our needs.

Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a nessuno dal momento che la nostra camera era molto rumorosa non solo per rumore della strada quanto per i vicini e per il condizionatore d’aria che sembrava un autocarro. Non per nulla forniscono tappi per le orecchie, non c’è armadio per capi e non c’è un tavolo sufficiente per mangiare né per scrivere nonostante la camera abbia l’angolo cottura insufficiente per cucinare vista la mancanza della maggior parte delle stoviglie indispensabili a tal fine. Non c’è reception e per qualsiasi cosa si deve gravitare su una struttura affiliata distante 35 minuti a piedi.mi si è guastato l’asciugacapelli e ho dovuto telefonare alla struttura che aveva la reception e mi hanno detto che me l’avrebbero portato il giorno dopo ma io intanto avevo i capelli bagnati fradici e il giorno dopo comunque non mi hanno portato l’asciugacapelli richiesto, quindi anche servizio inesistente. Costo spropositato per la qualità e servizi offerti. DA EVITARE!

Didn’t like the loud noise all night with thin windows/ac units u hear everything like it’s right there. Also the no holding bags before check in was a pain. People at other hotel were very nice though.

East Village close to where I needed to be
Only real issue was the disgusting cream filled cookie that was left for us. And I emphasize US, there were two of us and it was a very small cookie. The disgusting part is just a reflection of the taste itself. Maybe a chocolate kiss or some mints or something like that.

There is no one at the property at front desk. Sign to the hotels are not visible clearly. You have no one to welcome you or guide you the room. They wanted to charge early check in and late check out but they didn't even send the code until 3:40 pm until I called. If you want to leave our bag at checkout, you got to go to another place which is far and they want to charge $10 for that. Do not stay there. Beds is very hard and it hurts my back and pillows are useless. It was very noisy that I could not sleep till 2 in the morning. Avoid at all cost

Definitely an adequate room for the price. Check-in was super easy and seamless. Room was clean. Street is noisy but the supplied ear plugs were a nice touch if needed. Would stay here again, most definitely!

God beliggenhed og fint værelse.
Fint sted som ligger dejligt. Lidt slidt men ok. Der ligger en masse dejlige spisesteder i området, tæt på metro og gå afstand til meget..h is mankan lide at gå og opleve byen.

Meh at best. Better deals elsewhere.
Well, the TV didn’t work and there was no complementary water. The windows were filthy, and they were also broken and couldn’t stay open. It was extremely loud at night with some sort of maybe compressor downstairs. I don’t know. They said they would find us if we stay in the bed with make up or anything else yet the bed had a stain in it already. The bathroom was clean, even though the bottom of the door was rotted away.
