Great rental

We enjoyed our stay in 15-505. The apartment was clean and had a nice balcony with a great view. The only thing I can say is that the listing said there was a trundle bed and I believe there was a photo when we booked, and when we arrived there was not a trundle bed in the third bedroom, just two separate twin beds but the listing still said trundle bed. That was not desirable for our toddler who sleeps on a floor bed at home. Otherwise, everything was as expected. The living room sofa was really comfy!

Staycation!

Our trip to Nee Symrna Beach is always a great one because so many of our friends live there. Finding the right place can sometimes be a challenge though with so many rentals. Our time at this Oceanwalk condo was wonderful though. Spacious, clean, peaceful view of the pond from the porch, and all the things we needed inside to make the trip perfect. I’ll look forward to returning.

A short beach trip

Checkin was very stressful. Have never seen a lockbox attached to a stairwell to retrieve key….. had to call to find where to get the key. We were also not given the code to the garage door. Thankfully, many wonderful people came to our rescue. Other than the horrible checkin process, the unit was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Christmas at Oceanwalk!

My wife and I, and a few other adult family members, spent a week at Oceanwalk condos over Christmas. The condo was as described and perfect for our group. It was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. We also loved the workout equipment, tennis courts, pools, and hot tubs. We were on the south, non-driving end of the beach, which we love, but still just a few minutes drive from everything. New Smyrna Beach is a marvelous vacation area. Staff was always quick to respond when we had questions, but there were a couple communication hiccups that I wish I had been better prepared for. Some of these are because you are dealing with the property managers and not the actual condo owner: 1. We were told not to expect our condo to have beach towels or beach chairs, and so we packed beach towels - but when we arrived, our condo had plenty of both. It would have been nice to have that confirmed beforehand. 2. We did not have a remote to the gated parking garage, nor the code to the parking garage door (which we were told only the owners had). We were told someone would bring us a remote but, perhaps because it was over the holiday weekend, they weren't able to provide it. (We could still access the parking garage, it was just inconvenient when the gate was down.) Those are minor points, though. All in all, we had a great time here and would recommend Oceanwalk Condos for a relaxing getaway!

Family Spring Break

I can’t say enough about this beautiful property. The overall complex was quiet, clean and full of wonderful people. The unit itself was spotless. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and nice furniture. The family room had a great sectional space for the whole family. We really enjoyed the screened in balcony, and the seating that was provided. The kitchen was very well equipped with many new and nice appliances. We spent many evenings playing family games at the kitchen table. The bonus were the beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards that were left for our enjoyment at the beach, which was a very short walk. The pools were clean and had lots of chairs and some shade for my parents. Loved the grille for our cookouts. Overall, we have no complaints. It was a perfect family spring break. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone we took our parents along this year, and my dad is handicapped and in a wheelchair, everything worked out perfect for him to get around on the wood flooring. Only one recommendation….maybe some extra hooks in bathrooms or bedrooms to hang wet towels or clothes. This is absolutely a 5 star!!

Great Stay

Had issues getting into the unit since its all remote but the management company was very helpful! Once inside the place was very clean and just like the pictures. The area was nice and quiet. Pool and gym access. Gated community, felt very safe. I recommend staying there !

Great condo

Great condo and nice beds/ furnishings. Really enjoyed the place. Only issue we had was I didn’t get the attachment in the email with checkin instructions and had some trouble getting in the gate initially. Otherwise a very nice place.

Fantastic condo in New Smyrna Beach!

I highly recommend this property. The condo is lovely and came stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen has all new “everything”. The bathroom had Turkish towels (what a treat!) and everything worked perfectly. The balcony was delightful and had a view of the back estuary. Getting to the beach is super easy as it is across the street. Beach is gorgeous! Restaurants there amazing! Great condo for the price. We needed to get in quickly and they accommodated us. We stayed a month and could have stayed longer. Excellent job by the hosts and GreatOcean Condos. Thank you!!!
