With family in the area we have stayed in the area many times. This was probably the cleanest rental we have stayed in, no dust to be found which is nice. The proximity to the pool was great for our kids, the beach is a little bit of a walk which is ok. We liked being on the second floor and only having to go up one flight of stairs or the elevator. Lots of towels and soooo many spoons and forks, I started counting them and I think there wS like 32 forks and 26 spoons in the utensil drawer, pretty remarkable! Lots of plates and bowls too. beds were comfy, my two year old said it was her cozy bed after the first day and it was then referred to as her cozy bed and the cozy house the rest of the stay. There was lots of movies on a rack to choose from and lots of books also.

We appreciate the fast turnaround of our request as we needed a place to stay last minute. Everything went smoothly, condo was well equipped and tidy on arrival, my only suggestion would be the doors need cleaning or painting as they are dingy from lots of hand use, the quest bathroom sink cabinet has a loose knob other than that it was a very comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room ! Shirt walk to the ocean lots of beach stuff I closet.both pools were great and the covered gas grill was wonderful! We will be back !!

5 to 10 minute walk to the beach Spacious property which is well-maintained It’s nice, having a parking garage on the bottom floor of the building, which keeps your car out of the sun and makes loading and unloading easier We had a few questions and the owner was extremely responsive over text message This property is a few miles south of the center of new Smyrna Beach, but the beach in this area tends to be a little quieter, which we like

Amazing Stay! We’ll be back!

The condo is spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. The beautiful beach is a short walk away in a quiet area. You can walk far into the water before it gets deep and the sand is soft. The condo pool is also lovely. Absolutely no complaints!

Quiet beach town!

The property was as listed, very clean, well equipped kitchen, loads of beach chairs/toys and many towels and linens. Firm comfortable beds! Spacious condo. On-site Property amenities (pool, grounds, courts) were fantastic. Easy beach access across the street. Owner responded to our inquiry quickly and was pleasent to work with. This property met our expectation and we had a great week.

Regina is an amazing host our door keypad went out one night while we were at dinner and she answered our call immediately with a rep sponsor in what to do thanks again for your assistance and letting us rent your unit

Beautiful

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, the Condo was very spacious with beautiful furnishings throughout. We were all very pleased with everything, even the pool area was really nice and clean. The walk to the beach was minimal and the basketball and tennis courts were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo !!! Thank you for providing such a lovely place for our family vacation ☀️

Great Stay

The accommodations were awesome. Everything was clean and the condo well stocked with everything you would need. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but still very convenient. Lots of outstanding restaurants a short drive away.

Perfect Condo for a Beach Getaway

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Everything we needed for the beach was already at the condo so all we needed to take with us were our clothes. The property had swimming pools and hot tubs to use for when we weren't at the beach.

Large vacation space

This is a nice condo with a pool very close to the room. You have to walk a distance to the beach which was fine for our family of 6. Ages, 15,14,13, and 9. They enjoyed the wood walkway behind the complex for a daily walk. The condo had lots of space and provided a beach buggy and cooler to help make the walk to the beach so much easier!

Amazing Condo

This was one of the most well maintained and stocked condos we have ever stayed in on vacation. There were lots of extras that typically aren't included that were either left by previous tenants or the owner. The only request was to replace anything that you used up so others could enjoy it as well. We're used to a king size bed, so I was a little hesitant about the queen size bed in the master. However I will say that the mattress is amazing and we actually didn't wake up hurting. The condo is laid out very nicely and you have room to move about without bumping into each other. It was also very nice to have air mattresses available as we had forgotten ours. Don't hesitate to book this condo, it is well worth it!

Enjoyable stay.

Very easy checkin. Property was very spacious and clean. Short walk across the road to the beach. A little aggravating that the complex closes the pool, basketball court, and tennis courts at 10:00. We were staying there with several other players from my sons team and they all had to stop playing at 10:00 and go to another players complex a 1/4 mile down the road.

Convenient to the Beach, Very Clean & Well Equipped

We needed a place to stay on short notice before we closed on our new home. This condo ended up being available for our dates. Condo has EVERYTHING you will need and more - just bring your clothes! This was a part work vacation for me so the desk in the master was convenient to work at. Myself, my Wife and our two young kids enjoyed the beach and pool everyday of our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking to relax and the owner Regina was very responsive with the few questions we had.

Cozy condo by the pool

The condo was exactly as advertised- that always makes me happy! The owner was very nice to deal with and accommodating. Having stayed at Ocean Walk for the last 12 years I know the pluses and minuses. Yes, you do have to walk across the street to get to the beach ( it’s about a 2 block walk from condo) but you can be at the pool in 1 minute. The older condos are just now getting to the point where they could use a little “tweaking” but nothing major. Regina’s place is very comfortable and family friendly and I like being on second floor right by the stairs. I wish it had a garbage disposal but I’ll bet that’s in their future plans. Would rent again.

Nice three bedroom Condo
