I received multiple emails in advance with access codes to entry gate, beach gate, gym, garage. It was very hard to keep all these codes straight in addition to all the emails I was sent the codes Were all different. Super confusing, had to try all the codes to see which one actually opened the gate. Tip-provide your guest with a quick access card with the correct codes in one place. There were Multiple maintenance issues some of which they would address AFTER my stay. How does this make my stay memorable when I specifically picked this place for it's amenities. Like ice maker and cold filtered water, ice maker did not work and water was warm because the fridge door could not close properly. Does anyone even check this stuff before the next renter comes in?? Living room TV remote was missing. Oven display did not work. Surfaces looked clean but don't look under the couch. I did like having access to the gas grill and the garage filled with beach goodies was nice.were all different Super cond

Great Location

Ebb tide has a great location and the layout of the units is very spacious. This is our 15th year in New Smyrna and Second year at Ebb tide and we will continue to stay at Ebb tide.

Stellar location

Having owned a villa at Seawoods for 30 years, I always knew and admired Ebb Tide and wanted to stay there someday on the beach. It did not disappoint. An absolutely lovely condo, spacious with every utensil and amenity you could hope for and more. I did recommend either grab bars or at least bathmats in the stone showers to reduce the risk of falling. Otherwise all was perfect. Parking was very convenient for one car. The elevator system worked beautifully. The balcony was our favorite place overlooking the ocean and the beach. Communication with various property supervisors was only by email but eventually worked reasonably well considering the rental agency had recently changed hands. I would highly recommend Ebb Tide and this particular unit to anyone looking for a beautiful and tranquil beach vacation.

The Perfect Condo

My wife, 1.5 year old son and myself stayed at this beautiful condo. Luckily, we were able to book last minute. I would highly recommend this for any family. Well decorated and everything you need. Slightly older community but it’s absolutely a perfect condo for most any group. Highly recommended and hats off to our hosts.

Nice but under construction LOUD

We loved the condo except for the 8:00am jackhammering till 4-5 pm everyday. The propert was under construction and no one told us when we called Teeming (the management company) we were told they aren’t responsible and have no control over construction. We should’ve been notified of construction all other listings that were under construction mentioned it online. The WiFi DOES NOT WORK!! So if you need it for biz purposes ur screwed. The facility is gorgeous but we ran into people who used to stay there they said the facility is ALWAYS under construction. Just FYI it’s not a vacation when you have to wake up to jackhammering. They did give us a partial refund even though we were promised a full refund still fighting for it

Perfect place but must have elevator!

09/11, 09/12, & 09/13 no elevator. Had a 73 & 71 year old that struggled and were stubborn climbing five flights of stairs. Jacob offered us to stay on the third floor in the adjacent building and then move back after elevator was repaired. That was too much moving. On 9/13 after 5:00pm the first elevator was fixed. 09/13 Jack Hammer Chisel started at 8:00am, couldn’t sleep in. 09/14 Jack Hammer Chisel started at 8:00am, couldn’t sleep in. 09/14 Unit 505 begun a full demo. 09/15 Jack Hammer Chisel started at 8:00am, couldn’t sleep in. 09/16 Jack Hammer Chisel started at 8:40am, couldn’t sleep in. 09/16 Breezeway covered with Unit 505 demo mess. When exit our unit the construction guy said to us, “be careful not to trip and good time for you getting out, it’s about to get loud.” 09/17 Jack Hammer Chisel started at 9:30am, welcoming break! The idea of vacation is to get away, be peaceful, and relax. This was far from that. You could even hear the construction noise from the beach. Two other people in separate units that we talked to were looking to get some money refunded for the noise of the complex repairs. One confirmed they were getting a reimbursement. One was in Unit 405 and they dealt with the Unit 505 demo noise too. We hope that the courtesy is extended and a reimbursement is issued.

Fantastic property with spectacular oceanfront views

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families and kids (ages 9-12). The views were fantastic and the unit was updated with full kitchen and bar amenities, comfortable and allowed use of body & surf boards and beach chairs.

Absolutely perfect!

Gorgeous sunrise views of the ocean. The condo was the perfect beach getaway. The beach wasn’t at all crowded and we went in July! The accommodations were top notch and the room was comfortably luxurious. Just mere steps from the beach. We loved the access to beach chairs and boogie boards in the storage closet - everything was so easy and convenient. It felt more like a home away from home than a rented condo. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We would love to come back here.

Perfect!

This condo is beautiful! If you are looking for an upscale place to stay you have found it! So many nice and tasteful touches in the decor helped us feel right at home. A well stocked kitchen with all the conveniences of home and then a little more. A full set of matching dishes, silverware, pots and pans. - if you have rented condos before you will understand why I mention this. Nice touches such as premium bath and beach towels, extra pillows and blankets. The view is perfect and binoculars are provided to watch the ocean wildlife. Walk-in closets with lots of hangers to put your things away. Dual shower in the Master en-suite. It surpassed our expectations! We hope to return but more than that I wish I was there now!

Terrible management team

This is very nice condo. A good friend of mine's mom actually own this unit up until a year ago. Gaming VR management is absolutely terrible wish customer service. There is absolutely nobody on site to help you out with anything. The sliding glass doors to the master bedroom are sealed shut I had to sleep in the living room so I can hear the ocean. We tried getting in touch with the management team to no avail via email or phone. Then they're cleaning lady parked in our spot without saying anything so when when we returned there was no where to park we spent 3 hours searching for who was parked in our spot only to find out it was the management team's cleaning lady. Then when we were checking out we took half of her stuff down to the car and when we came back up for the other half it was three minutes after 10 in the code to the door was changed nobody around to help.
