Fantastic location! Walk to the beach is short. Sunrise there is perfect. Condo needs some repair to the doors. They are hard to open and close. One of the bathroom toilets didn't flush very well. Water pressure in shower was lacking. Pool closest to the unit was warm and a nice size. Cable did not work in either location. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Home was welcoming, bright, and super comfortable! We were celebrating our 9-year late honeymoon and this was a perfect getaway for us! Very convenient location to shopping, groceries and most importantly, the BEACH!! Master bed was super comfortable and I loved finding an extra pillow in the closet. Loved the decor and the awesome wooden fish on the master bedroom walls. The screened in porch was our favorite spot of the home as we spent mornings with our coffee enjoying the beautiful plants outside and the nice ocean breezes. We even had a few anole lizards and a turtle come by! Master bath shower head could use with an update and carpeting throughout the home could use a deep steam clean (our feet ended up being dirty from walking around inside). Back porch was screened in and lovely - floor could do with a good scrubbing though 😁 We would definitely book again and stay here - wonderful stay!

It was a overall decent place, had all your basic necessities for a stay. I would recommend cleaning the carpets and maybe fixing the sliding doors to the screened in porch. Decent place, I would stay again.

The condo was very nice. The toilet in the second bath did not flush properly, having to flush 2-3 times to get everything gone. The electric outlet in master bedroom where lamp is plugged in worked in one socket the other plug in didn’t work. Everything else was wonderful. It would have been very helpful if there had been a map of the complex with the trails on it. I walked one part and when I came out I had no clue where I was. I would stay there again if it was available when I visit.

My husband & I rented here in March. The rental was well stocked. Pots & pans were very nice…especially for a rental. I really appreciated that! We enjoyed the amenities in Sea Woods especially shuffleboard & the fitness room. The location was perfect for us. Nice neighborhood to walk & bike. New Smyrna Beach was too busy for us as was the beach near this rental so we went to Canaveral National seashore beach which was perfect. We kayaked with the manatees near JB’s Fish Camp. Nice bar & restaurant there. Loved eating at Norwood Treehouse Bar & Grill. I would definitely stay here again!

It is very humid in this unit. The master bath has a heavy smell of mold. The unit needs a spring cleaning. It is close to the beach.

We really enjoyed this property. It's so close to the beach & the area of the beach was quiet & lovely! We loved all the pool choices too! Had one all to ourselves mostly! I would encourage the property to update their mattresses & pillows as it was extremely uncomfortable though. We don't mind that the property was a little dated as it was very clean & appliances were good! I wish they'd leave about 2 more dishwashing tabs because no one was thrilled about handwashing after only 2 loads of dishes. The kitchen was very convenient for cooking bfast & some fish my husband caught too.

We look forward to booking this property again! I gave it a 4 for cleanliness just because it is a little dates and it could stand a few small touches. New pillows would have made it a bit more comfortable. It was clean and comfortable otherwise and the perfect size for a family of four!!!! We had EVERYTHING we need to cook all meals and the dishes and utensils were plentiful and new. The check in process was above and beyond as well as the contact for the property. They notified us of a water heater issue before we even arrived and worked quickly to make sure it was resolved with over the top communication. There were beach chairs available which saved us from buying two more and the pool was clean and close. The beach was an easy walk as well as a Dollar General Market. We also walked to a fast and yummy little breakfast diner in the same shopping center that was affordable and the people were friendly:) The check out process was simple with few requests that I went above and beyond to leave it in good condition! We felt safe, comfortable, and it was a short drive to a Publix and the adorable downtown Beach area and surf shops* Surfing was incredible here!!!! We will keep this property in mind for future visits before we seek out any others!
