Short Visit to see Family

Just a quick noye to say we had a lovely stay at Warrren Farm Cottages. We were traveling for a family event and unusually decided to stay in Wexford instead of Waterford or Cork which we normally do when returning. The location was lovely - close to New Ross town, Duncannon Beach and various really nice coastal villages. The cottage itself was lovely - really well appointed but with traditional feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone thinking of visiting a nice, unspoilt part of Ireland.

Perfection in Whitechurch

Words cannot describe the absolute serenity of this cottage, from the gardens to the comfortable interior, it truly is our Irish home away from home. Patricia and Roger are wonderful hosts, very helpful and just lovely, interesting people. They really care about their guests. The cottage is conveniently located to so many sites in Southeast Ireland. Even tho we didn't have many "sunny skies", we had one of the best stays ever in Ireland. We will return!!

Granary Cottage

Our experience went above beyond expectations. The setting was absolutely idyllic and the host (Patricia) was very friendly, kind and helpful in providing us with history and places to go. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a relaxing setting to vacation in and get away from it all to make this your first stop. You will be glad you did!

Holidays August 2022

We spent the holidays at Granary Cottage together with our two children and our two dogs. The cottage was a cosy homebase for daily trips and got everything we needed and more. The garden was beautiful and perfect for the dogs, the children and BBQ Our hosts Patricia and Roger were kind, warmhearted and always helpful if needed. If you are looking for a calm place for you and your family Granary Cottage is definitively worth it.

Ideal base and great stay

What a great experience from start to finish, easy to book, easy contact and no bothers at all! Loved the stay, pet friendly and my furry friends loved it. Every thing provided, quaint cottage with lovely cottage gardens. Antique furniture which added to quaintness. Easy drives to all major sites and others less well known. . Cottage comfy, clean and Roger and Patricia very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Loved our Irish cottage!

The cottage was a perfect home base for us. My husband, and three adult children were very comfortable. The girls loved the attic, and we all enjoyed the garden and BBQ. We cooked most meals at the cottage and couldn’t ask for anything better. It was so quiet, and relaxing! Great location so we enjoyed road trips to nearby castles, cities and events. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we loved our stay at Granary Cottage!

Cosy cottage, great loation

Fabulous location: it's a short drive to the JFK Arboretum in one direction and The Kennedy Homestead in the other direction. Within a 30 minute drive you can find long expanses of sandy beach, rugged coastline, beautifully maintained gardens, an animal park, ancient Abbies etc. The cottage is rural - but not remote. Online shopping with delivery is an option from the New Ross Tesco and there's a small supermarket at around 10 mins from the property. So it's a v. convenient location for a holiday in the Sunny South West, as they call it - and incredibly, in a 2 week period in September, we had sunshine every day! The house suited us well as there is a ground floor Ensuite, which was perfect for my elderly mum. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a pretty garden infront of the property with a table and some seating. The hosts left fresh flowers in the property which lasted throughout our stay, the owner was friendly and helpful popping by to answer any queries. Lovely property in a great location.

Cosy countryside retreat

We enjoyed a week based at Granary Cottage as we explored the Hook Head peninsula. This property is so cosy and comfortable, really well equipped for our small family. It is located only a short drive from many local attractions and beautiful beaches. Patricia was ever helpful and always nearby if needed. Would definitely recommend.
