Can we live here, please?

We rent a lot of VRBO in this area and this is by far our favorite place! The house is great. Neighborhood is top notch. Location is perfect. Easy to get to all the nearby neighborhoods. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the wildlife spotted off the dock. Shelley and Dalton are great with communication and quick responses.

Lovely week on the Gulf

The property was attractive and well-equipped. We kayaked in the gulf, swam in our own private pool and biked around the neighborhood. My wife and I (70), Friends (60’s), our daughter and her husband (40’s) and my granddaughter (9) all found something to our liking an enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and more than sufficient for our party of 7. Thank you very much for a memorable week in Florida.

Perfect intergenerational vacation home

This place was just perfect for our family vaca that included an age range of 15 to 82!There was plenty of space for the 7 of us, the kitchen was very well equipped, check in and out seamless, the washer dryer was new, the heated pool was appreciated and we had some of the nicest sunsets you will ever see (and we are a well travelled bunch). The beds were comfortable and well spread out for privacy and our 20 year old really enjoyed the in-law suite. There were plenty of beach towels, suggestions for activities and restaurants. We had coffee on the front porch in the morning and waved to all the morning walkers. We had sunset drinks on the dock over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Heaven. The pool area was extremely well maintained and the kayaks an extra bonus. Dalton and Shelley were extremely responsive and I felt like we were in very good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing vacation spot with a large group or small, with family or friends. Thanks Shelly and Dalton. My family had a wonderful holiday.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We were delighted with our new found "vacation home". Although the home is located in an upscale neighborhood, we felt quite secluded during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, feeding the turtles and fish in the fish pond, fishing off the dock, kayaking and enjoying amazing sunsets. The house was fully stocked with cooking and dinnerware, linens and bedding. Our daughter and her husband visited one weekend and were delighted with the "grandmother's living area" and chose to stay there rather than stay in any one of the available four bedrooms! Our hostess was delightful and so accommodating! She recommended amazing and diversified restaurants in the surrounding area. Her business partner welcomed us upon our arrival, answered any questions we had and was always available if needed. We felt very well cared for! We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning next year! We found a gem.

Great time! Great Location!

Enjoyed the Pirate Paradise house again. Great location, very nice neighbors. Working with Shelley was easy; quick response. Dalton was available for anything onsite that required assistance; thank you for getting a new grill for us!! The weather cooperated this year which is the cherry on top.

Beautiful Gulf coast sunsets!

Bright, roomy and comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood! Kitchen had everything we needed. Enclosed patio/yard was perfect for our dog and even though there are close neighbors on either side, it still felt quite private which is very important to us. The sunsets were beautiful, both sitting on the end of the dock or sitting indoors at the dining table. Nearby favorite places for a beverage were Miss Vicki's on the River and Widow Fletcher's. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in Dec/Jan 2023! A couple of suggestion for owners would be to install some sort of sound barriers in front of the pool pump and the air conditioning unit in order to reduce noise near the pool, maybe throw out some older pots & pans to reduce cabinet clutter, and expand on the home guide into to include things like how to operate the programmable thermostats since they are a bit quirky.

This is a wonderful property in a quiet, residential area. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Wonderful views of the gulf; quiet and relaxing by the pool. Nice golf course nearby. Short drive to everything. House is big with a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen with lots of furniture to relax and enjoy. Property manager Shelley very nice to work with and responded quickly. Dalton was on call if needed and responded quickly to questions and 1 issue we had. Check-in process was quick and easy. Just a great getaway from winter!

Beautiful home and great location

The house was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our family of 10. The property manager was very nice and attentive. We all enjoyed seeing the turtles each day in the turtle sanctuary. We will definitely be back!

A Birthday Gathering of Family & Friends

The photos accurately capture the house and property. We spent every day in the pool and spa, and almost every sunset on the private dock. The Tiki bar was a nice added touch and many a cocktail, champagne flute, and beers were enjoyed in the evening. A supermarket is located within 10 minutes-perfect for stocking the bar and grill. We had all we needed to enjoy a fun, healthy visit during COVID times. This is a newish property and a couple of very minor issues were quickly and happily addressed. Property manager, Dalton, was wonderful: easily reachable, and helpful with local recommendations. His personality added to the overall warmth and charm of the house-which I’m more than happy to re-rent for future gatherings.
