" Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

"The house is perfect with very good taste, it was also clean, we had some problems with the pool heater but it was solved right away by Jennifer! The place is beautiful not to leave the house there is a lot of fun and tranquility. "

"Our rental was great! The house is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were very thoughtful with all of the things they had in the house. They had the perfect amount of beach supplies which saved us from having to buy anything for the beach. The home is spacious and the neighborhood is very cute. We went to the coffee shop across the street. Delicious and we also went to a near by Cuban restaurant. So good. The home is conveniently located so getting around is easy. All in all a great trip."

"Fabulous property, amazing view, great to see the manatees swimming past and having the use of the kayaks. We had a wonderful time staying here and I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful riverside house."

"We had the best vacation ever, the house was perfect even better than the pictures, publix is with in walking distance 15-20 from pier 60. It was just perfect. I cooked in the am went to the beach in the afternoon then back home by 7 for dinner it was to wonderful to not cook in the house we didnt eat fast food once. We loved painting the fence and playing all the games. On our last day my son had a migraine and the host accommodated us WayyyAbove and beyond service. We will be back very soon my...

"Most everything is near by. Busch Gardens is right next doo so it would’ve been nice to visit. Raymond James Stadium is 25 mins away so it’s nice. Host was easy to contact and speak to. All rooms were clean, and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay. "

The decor was impeccable. The owner is super friendly and answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner. I definitely recommend you staying here.
