The property itself is great, but the house and amenities are very blah and underwhelming. We had a group of 12 guys stay at this property in early Feb, 2026 for a golf trip. Yes, the house had the amount of beds we needed and the appropriate amount of bathrooms and technically it had seating for this many people, but the house wasn't comfortable at all. The couch in the living room was about as uncomfortable as you can imagine (not as described "Take a seat on the comfortable sofa"). The couch fit about six people leaving only three metal, backless stools for the other six. Half of our group just sat on the floor to watch tv.The dining room ("...gorgeous dining area") was super sterile and uncomfortable and did not feel apart of the living room meaning you couldn't get 12 guys to feel like we were all together.The property description also says "The interior is touched by beautiful furnishings"... not so much. This place felt like an upgraded college house run by dudes with no clue how to make a house warm and comfortable.The pool... yeesh. The property description goes to lengths to let us know that the pool is heated and the separate "tub" is NOT a hot tub with jets. In reality, the pool, while it does have some heat to it, is NOT comfortable at all. On our stay, the pool was cold the entire time. Apparently the pool does not stay at a consistent heat and varies a TON overnight so don't think about swimming in the morning/early afternoon.Stay somewhere else
