Very nice updated home. Great indoor and outdoor furnishings and space. The pool is a great size and depth. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. And the boat was in great shape and was a real plus to our vacation.

This property was AMAZING! It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to cook for 8. Pool was so nice to enjoy after a day out on the boat. Very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Large enough for our adult children to spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another.

We had an amazing stay at this canal home! We loved kayaking right from the backyard and were so excited to see a manatee up close. We took the pontoon boat and went fishing, then took it out to the sandbar for a perfect day on the water. We saw tons of dolphins and even a family of stingrays swimming by, plus so many birds and wildlife everywhere we looked. The island was full of beautiful seashells to collect. The owner was awesome and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, making the stay even better. It was the perfect relaxing getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

They house was great with new updates not listed online yet. Great location and amenities. The weather was amazing. Having access to the boat all week made the week great to explore the islands, look for seashells, and do some fishing.

Spring break on the gulf

Family holiday at great home from home

Lovely property with great boat. Owners fab very responsive but not intrusive. Had a fantastic relaxing family holiday property as described. Easy drive to Busch Gardens for our teenagers. Lots of picnics at the island. Hoping to return again soon.

Great Vacation Home!

We loved staying here and can’t wait to stay in the future! We loved having the pool for the kids to play in while we were packing our coolers to get on the boat! The also loved being able to jump in the pool after a boat day! The house is also stocked with sooo much stuff! We had an awesome week for my son’s birthday.

Overall great stay at a good location. The pontoon boat was a excellent addition and along with the covered pool were the main attractions for the grandchildren. The only real complaint was that the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. Other than that all was very good.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is older, some wear, but, was very cleaned and well stocked. Great location and convenient to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed taking the boat out to the sandbar in the evenings to collect shells and swim. We did swim and kayak off dock. Hosts were very easy to work with. We will book again.

Waterfront Vacation

We have been renting properties on VRBO type sites for over 20 years. This property ranks up there with the best. The pictures are representative of the property but there are so many items on top of the pool & boat to enjoy your stay. The owners were so responsive and work very hard to assure everything is the best. We headed out on the boat to the sandbar 4-5 times. That was really nice. I highly recommend this property. We would very much like to return sometime in the future.

A fun time

Stay d here with our daughter and her two boys. They loved going out on the pontoon boat to the sandbar and collecting shells. We saw some dolphins, a few turtles, and a mom and child manatee right from the dock. The heated pool was nice but we didn’t really have pool weather. Went to Orange Cycle Creamery in Tarpon Springs twice. Great ice cream at a reasonable price. If coming this way again, this would for sure be one of my top picks. Jennifer was super.

Great House With a Boat!

The house was PERFECT for hanging out Thanksgiving week with our adult children from different states plus a dog. The property and amenities were well-maintained and well-stocked. This included an abundance of towels, dishes, silverware, spices, and other kitchen stuff. The enclosed pool area was great for relaxing outdoors and the pool cover rolled on and off easily to keep the water warm or take a quick dip. I must mention the boat since that was the highlight – an added gem to help make our relaxing getaway AMAZING. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and great for walking, which we did frequently. Additionally, Jennifer and Dan were friendly hosts and they provided recommendations for restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you!

LOVE IT HERE

This place is absolutely amazing! The hosts are so gracious, and so knowledgeable about the area. This was our second year back and unfortunately, the runners before us sad damaged the pontoon boat. But the owners graciously were able to obtain a rental for us for most of the week that we were there. It was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated! You will not be disappointed with the location, the house, and the amenities!
