Aside an earthquake the hotel can't control, was a great stay! Weirdly had a lukewarm shower morning after said quake, but following day was fine. Excellent, central location with easy parking though also walkable to most main attractions in New Plymouth central.

Spacious room within central location in shopping area with plenty of restaurant choices within an easy walk. Convenient parking although a fee is payable. Room is very comfortable however some of the furniture and bedding could be updated due to age and condition.

A lovely spacious room with all the facilities you would expect in a great location. Cleaning services were very reliable and replaced everything we used daily. The check in was made very easy and the staff took the time to point out places to eat get coffee and places to go. Only small negative was the space between the bed and the wall on one side. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for two nights, spacious room which could have been smaller with more room in the bathroom as it was small compared to the size of the living area. Windows were large & located very high on the wall. Plenty of tea & coffee with limited milk in the fridge. We did answer & got more milk from reception. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe. Reception ladies were very helpful & friendly & offered us an umbrella due to the weather. You do need to book prior if you want parking onsite - $20 a day. Overall the room was well equipped. The only thing that we disliked was the air conditioning was very noisy if you leave it on at night.

Hotel was perfectly located right in the heart of the city and 1 block back from the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly - made me feel really welcome. Kitchenette was fully equipped, but plenty of great restaurants within minutes of the hotel, so didn't use it much.

Great central location, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Minor point - the private parking we paid for was up a ramp at the back of the apartments, open-air, and not secure.

We had the 1br apartment, it was a good size and I loved I could do my washing before we went home. The opportunity for a good car park was great . Highly recommended, we will definately book again.
