Perfect spot for a small family

Perfect spot for our small family. Amazing property and location. Only thing that would have been a "nice to have" would have been an extension cord to plug a phone in by the bed in the back bedroom. We look forward to returning! Roll Wave!

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room, great amenities, friendly host, Nice area. Great recommendation for local restaurant, Joey Ks, from the host. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will definitely be back. Also, the cats who like at the hoats house are nice and friendly and filled my need to love on animals during our trip away from our furkids.

Wonderful house, great location

My family was in town for LSU graduation. We were very pleased with the house. The spaciousness and all of the extras the owner provided. And it was 3 blocks from my daughter's house. Would stay there anytime.

The best 30th bday!

Thank you so much for hosting us for my 30th birthday!! The location was perfect to walk around the garden district and explore, while remaining in a quiet neighborhood. From the decor to the spacious accommodations, we felt right at home. The instructions were very easy to follow and Amanda was a great host. Thank you, Jazznest, for a great first trip to NOLA!

The Big Easy

Very easy rental experience. Comfortable half of shotgun home located within easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries and Mardi Gras parades. The owners live on the other side of the home if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice venue, great location.

Very nicely decorated and furnished, easy and close street parking. Good neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores nearby, and a coffee shop one block away. The only possible negative is that one room has a bed that is probably 4 feet off the floor, and is a problem for people with disabilities or elderly to get in and out of, and also for small children.

Enjoyable Christmas Week in NOLA

My wife and I (and our dog) just finished a week-long stay through the Christmas holiday and had a truly enjoyable experience. Being our first time visiting New Orleans and having our dog with us, we wanted to avoid staying downtown while still being close enough to utilize public transportation to get there and JazzNest offered just that. The St. Charles street car has a stop within walking distance from the house, however for a few days we ended up parking near the stop to save some steps after multiple days of exploring the French Quarter. Being close to Magazine Street also offered the opportunity to eat at several fantastic local restaurants, and the peaceful neighborhood made it easy to walk our dog and enjoy quiet time throughout the day.
