Modern Luxury at a great price!

We had everything we needed and more! Quiet location within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and spacious with a surprising amount of storage space, a full sized refrigerator and an in unit washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for an upscale/modern space in a safe and quiet location. Lockers were available by request, free of charge to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. 3 amazing breakfast spots (1 sit down, 2 quick serve) just around the corner on Girod St.

Beautiful, exactly how it looks in pictures, but...

As we entered the property we realized 2 things immediately. First, the property was beautiful. Without a doubt one of the prettiest and well-appointed places we have ever stayed. The other thing was, oh boy, there was a musty mildew smell. Not just a slight whiff, it was pretty noxious. Which was surprising because the place was so clean! If you dont have a great sense of smell, then I recommend it. If you do, it will be more than a little noticeable.

Fantastic location near the convention center for a conference we attended. Included amenities like coffee k-cups and snacks, great full kitchen, washer/dryer was helpful. We were comfy and it was walkable to everything. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing Spot in Warehouse District

We were thrilled with our weekend stay at The Sazerac! The location was perfect - central to EVERYTHING! The apartment was roomy and well designed. The communication before, during and after our stay was impeccable. I/we would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in NOLA!

Wonderful New Orleans stay

Apartment was clean and wonderful decor. Safe and secure. Within walking distance to Bourbon street. Nice extra was the bottled water, coke, snacks and coffee.

Beautiful studio near everything. Pictures don’t do this unit justice. Outstanding all around from info pre-arrival through the checkout process. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

New Orleans vacation rental

Our stay was clean, comfortable, and memorable. If nearby parking is important this place may not be for you, but we understood it going in. Many nearby restaurants exist within short walking distance as well as shopping. This place met our needs and would not hesitate returning again or recommend it.

Beautiful unit with amazing, walkable location

The management company was communicative and responsive, the space was clean, elegant, and well-maintained, and the unit was easily walkable to the French Quarter and Magazine Street. Couldn't have been better!

Lovely Reprieve

This listing was just as pictured. It was a lovely reprieve from the insanity that is NOLA. You walk in from the hectic and gritty city and feel like you’re transported into a calming oasis. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting NOLA.

Clean & Comfortable

Nice place, safe and clean. Contemporary decor and even has tasteful art. We used street parking across the street but walked most places for dinner, shopping, etc. Trolley access is within an easy walk (the ticket machine was vandalized but they have an app for tickets). We would stay here again.

Adorable room

Great communication! Even sent me the mattress and bed links because they were so comfortable. One of the cleanest we have stayed in. Left a note and a few refreshments for us and was quick to help us when we needed it. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Only addition I could add would be a full length mirror somewhere for getting ready. You will not regret booking this :)
