Short but Super Sweet Stay

We were impressed upon entry…..it exceeded all the pics and expectations. The property managers were responsive prior to and during our stay….making sure we would have a great stay. I highly recommend this property and this management company. This won’t be my last stay!! Thanks for everything.

Amazing Trip

The apartment is amazing. Actually looks better in person than in the pictures and is very clean.. Perfectly located in walking distance to food, drinks and shopping, but still very quiet in the apartment for relaxing and sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

NOLA Getaway

Great communication with the property prior to and during the trip. Penthouse condo was very clean and nice in every way. This is the forth time I’ve stay at this place in the last few years. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Girls trip

Had a great time for our girls trip. The festival was wonderful and within walking distance. The penthouse was very nice location, clean for the most part. The only problems we had was the parking situation which we had no idea what to expect seeing that this was our first time down there. Maps doesnt show all the businsses around the area. And the toliets didnt want to flush.

Perfect location for walkers

We love to walk and this was a perfect location for that. Just about a mile to French Quarter. Condo was great. Communication was great. Stay here!

Priceless Gem

This beautiful property made our first visit to New Orleans amazing! The location was perfect for getting around town without having to drive a lot. It was equipped with literally everything you need to have the comforts of a home away from home. Our host Erika was amazing! Her communication with us throughout the entire process was great. She even showed us to our property and allowed us to go ahead and check in a little earlier since our unit was ready. The lockers they offered to let us use until check in time were also very convenient and greatly appreciated. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit to New Orleans. You guys have definitely earned our business as repeat customers. If you’re looking for a convenient, luxurious, place to stay in New Orleans where you can retreat and safely relax after a long day of exploring everything New Orleans has to offer I definitely recommend splurging for the penthouse! Thanks for everything Erika!

Great stay at a great location with a few nits.

Positives: The property was well appointed, very clean, and ideally located for us. Loading and unloading were easy. Our room was spacious and perfect for what we needed. There were plenty of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. A nice market was a few blocks away. A minor problem with the air conditioning was addressed promptly by the staff and they followed up to make sure it was fully resolved. Negatives (slightly): The gym facility was fine though not all of the equipment was in working order. There's no onsite parking so you have to find it at one of the lots or garages in the area. All said, we would definitely stay at the property again.

Great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we had one toilet “running”. I called to report the issue, apparently the maintenance man was not available, so Amy left her office and drove to our building, came up and fixed the problem herself. Very committed! You will love staying here.

Return stay

We have stayed in other units in this same building. We like the area being close to the Casino. This unit was nice, beds are super comfortable, living space is not perfect for watching tv, but comfortable.

Fantastic Stay

What a great place to stay in New Orleans. I highly recommend. Pictures almost match perfectly but I would suggest stating that the balcony looks at a wall and you cannot see anything else. Also recommend putting some more mirrors in the rental. But overall great great place, great price, easy check in, very clean, awesome staff, and very safe.
