North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here. This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including (Jackson Square (2.5 Miles), Caesar's Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.3 Miles), The National WWII Museum (2.5 Miles), and City Park (3.8 Miles).

Natural light moves through the open-concept living area, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Kick back on the sofa and stream your favorites on the 50" HDTV with Hulu and Netflix, or log into your own apps with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated ethernet connection. A dedicated workspace with a door gives you a quiet corner when you need to get things done.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably, each dressed with crisp bed linens and room-darkening shades for restful nights no matter what time the city calls it quits. Ample clothing storage and hangers keep things organized throughout your stay. Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and plush towels - everything you need to feel right at home.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully loaded for home cooking - Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cooking basics, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table for the whole group. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started, and the open layout makes it easy to cook, catch up, and linger over meals together.
 
Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced private backyard and private patio - a quiet escape for morning coffee, evening unwinding, or letting your pet roam freely. The single-level layout and private entrance make coming and going effortless, and free street parking means one less thing to think about.
 
Family & extras
Traveling with little ones? A crib, pack 'n play, and folding high chair are all available upon request, along with babysitter recommendations for when you want a night out. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and essentials round out everything you need for a stay that feels genuinely easy.

You're just blocks from the Canal Streetcar and steps from the Endymion parade route - one of the most iconic spots in the city during Mardi Gras season. Trader Joe's, City Park, the Superdome, and the French Quarter are all close by. The home is ideally placed for New Orleans' biggest moments: NOLA ChristmasFest, New Year's Eve fireworks, the Allstate Sugar Bowl, Twelfth Night, Krewe du Vieux, and Mardi Gras Day.
