Comfortable and quiet room with all the amenities needed. You will need to walk a bit to get to the heart of downtown but it’s not a bad walk.

Great Location, nice and safe.

Overall the property was nice. The location was great. The check in process was smooth and easy. When I arrived the unit was stocked with pop, water and chips. Nice and clean, lots of towels and extra paper products. The only two things I would comment on are the smell, when I walked in I could tell it was a little musty. The second thing was the thermostat. It would automatically keep going up to 75 at night and I would wake up very uncomfortable. I tried changing the settings but could not get it cool enough. Overall, it was nicer and cheaper than staying at a hotel, just wish I was cooler in the unit.

Very nice studio in great location

The "Beignet" is a very nice, roomy studio apartment with a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer in the unit. The king-sized bed is super comfortable, as are the sofa and dining chairs. It is wonderfully located 5 minutes' walk from the conference center, 10 minutes from the French Quarter and 10 minutes the fabulous WW2 Museum. The staff were very responsive to provide additional sheets when we had a nosebleed and to provide a convenient storage option for our luggage on our last day. Highly recommended!

This property was so easy to navigate thanks to the clear and quick responses from the host and the property details packet left in the room. All instructions from check in, wifi, TV, and checkout were clearly laid out in packet. Would stay at this location again with no hesitation.

Very nice renovation but smells musty

This is a gorgeous condo. Perfect bed, sheets, towels, shower, kitchen … they even had cold beer glasses in the refrigerator! I was disappointed in the windows … they were opaque squares that you could not see through. The room also smelled very very musty which was odd because the furnishings were so nice. I don’t have allergies and I’m not sensitive to this kind of thing. I would recommend renting one of the units with balconies next time!

We enjoy our short stay at this property, everything that they put was spot on. we were able to walk to the French Quarter, Canal St, The Casino and the Riverwalk Outlets. The staff helped with every issue we had and communicated with us on everything. Would stay here again.

Loved it

The property was a super cute efficiency! Very close to all attractions! I loved everything about it with the exception of the slow elevator. However, access to the stairs was easy too. I will definitely stay here again!! I initially did not know there were two streets with similar names and it was frsutrainting trying to locate the address. I had to put in a different address to locate the property.
