We had a service dog and the guy at front desk at night had already gave us the kyes and, as soon as he saw the dog, he wanted to change the room, with out any explanation. Plus. The woman working at the front desk in tge morning, said we can not have a dog there because she was allergic. As my known ledge,The motel is pet friendly and ours in not a dog, is a service dog and we showed his id at front desk.

El hotel cumple con la comodidad para lo que nos sirvió que era hospedaje para dormir y bañarnos. lamentablemente a mi esposa se le olvido una gargantilla de oro en la mesa y hablamos por teléfono para reportarlo, pero según nadie lo vio ni las muchachas de servicio, hemos tenido esa desafortunada experiencia, y claro en parte es nuestra culpa ese olvido, pero si los empleados fueran honrados la hubieran reportado

El sitio no tiene fachada de hotel para entrar puerta de seguridad, me imagino por qué, pero bueno solo era de paso a dormir una noche.

Me gustó la ubicación cerca del centro y la facilidad para transportarse en autobus. No me gusto del hotel q requiere de mejorar el mantenimiento de la infraestructura

Pienso que la habitacion fue excelente y confortable. El personal que labora, tanto en el front desk como en todo ho-tel muestran que están capacitados y tienen un trato amable. Definitivamente lo sugeriría!

Motel en toda la extensión de la palabra
La habitación es suficiente para dormir y bañarte cómodamente, habitación súper amplia, limpia, muy austera, pero bien; sin embargo la ubicación del motel esta de miedo, mucho vagabundo, huele horrible como a cigarro (no de tabaco), hay carros estacionados en el motel con gente arriba fumando, aparentan no ser clientes del hotel, las escaleras le quitaron la alfombra y el piso esta cubierto del resistol amarillo, el resto del piso está manchado como de quimicos, los ruidos son extremos, se escucha de todo y nos toco parejas peleando LITERAL, intensamente a altas horas de la noche, gritándose terrible, fue tétrica la estancia.

Habitaciones grandes.
Buen lugar, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Excelente wifi. No tiene elevador y el personal se muestra siempre muy desconfiado de los huéspedes.

Super dirty & a really sketchy area, there was stains on the bedding, the toilet and tub was so dirty and it stunk so bad. I walked in and walked straight out, I couldn’t even stay there because it was so bad. Save your money and book somewhere downtown.

I thought my stay would be much worse but the staff was nice....the room was relatively clean but smelled like cigarettes despite being a Non-smoking room. I will not stay here again; they are drug users in the area and it's located too far from the main attractions.

The staff did the best they could and relocated me to a room at the end of the hallway, but somebody in there is smoking like a coal train, and there is nothing one can do to get away from secondhand smoke, it just gets through and into everything. Windows don't open either so that's no help. They really need to have a smoking and a nonsmoking building altogether, or enforce whatever policy they have (if there is one). If you smoke, this place is fine. If you don't, well- It's about as expected otherwise. Room was clean and met my needs. Located right next to the freeway and area is marginal at best, but that is what comes with the proximity to downtown.

I have been going to New Orleans from Atlanta every 3-6 months since 2017 and staying at this property. I have never had a problem and I have always tipped the housekeeping and stripped my room and gather the garbage for them but this time I’m really unhappy and upset. We checked in Saturday night/Sunday morning stayed. We went to families house and when we came back to our room my laptop was shattered. When I said something to front desk the girl at the desk wanted to get an attitude and argue with me. I then told her I didn’t want housekeeping the rest of my stay and she said I had to have it but yet the last day I was there I didn’t have to.

The area around this motel was questionable, however, the property and the room were top-notch. Plus I did feel secure in the room I had. It was clean and everything worked well. I would definitely stay here again in the fiture.

Dirty, filthy, smelly, the bedsheets were covered in stains. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise caused by drunk people outside the hallway, the parking lot and the entrance.

Decent stay
Area around the hotel looked bad,and so did the building in the outside. The hallway wasn't great,but wasn't terrible either. Room was nice,big and clean. Interstate traffice is bad if your room is on the interstate side
