Relaxing and convenient!

Troys place was very clean and comfortable with enough beds and space for everyone to feel close but have their own space. 10/10 would stay again!

Nice house in mid-city

Stayed for Jazz Fest with a group of 5. The house is well located and spacious. The owner is very thoughtful and provides lots of little things to make for a pleasant stay. Thank you Troy!

Sweet spot

Once again VRBO took very good care of us. The rental location was ideal for access to Canal St. trolley, Mardi Gras parades, festivities and the French Quarter. The house was big, nicely appointed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay

Have travelled to NOLA a few times and this rental is the best I’ve stayed in! Great location, short walk to trolley, lots of space for the 5 of us to spread out and very clean and well kept. Host was super friendly and available if needed!

Wonderful property

Location is perfect - walking distance to the Canal Street Car. Property was spacious enough for 6 adults with room to spare. Wonderful experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Mid City House

House was perfect for a number of guests. Troy was always quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood was safe and easily accessible to the rest of NOLA.

A Comfortable Home away from Home

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's, and this is the nicest we have ever been at. It is lovely and comfortable, very well appointed, very, very clean. Troy was gracious and friendly, quick to respond to emails or calls. It's in a nice, friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants and the cable car. We hope to be back next year!

Great location and comfortable accomodations

Really loved the location in Mid City - quiet neighborhood but easy to get to French Quarter and City Park areas. Very clean home with comfortable furnishings. Troy was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly each time. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice home in a great location.

We booked this home for our stay during the Taylor Swift Eras tour. The home was perfect for our family. It was spacious and super clean. Bonus…the location to all the festivities was perfect and our host Troy’s hospitality was over the top! ❤️

Nola trip

The property was great. Troy was very nice & accommodating he allowed us to drop our bags off before check in & then let us check in a little early. Very easy to hop on the streetcar from the property.

Great Girls Trip!

This was the perfect location and accommodations for a first trip to New Orleans and first girls trip for a group of lifelong friends. Quiet neighborhood, clean property and very responsive owner. He even provides treats 😊. We would definitely consider staying again!!!

Mid-city charm!

We had a wonderful trip to New Orleans and Mid-City was the perfect location! Troy was a fantastic host and the property was perfect! The house has tons of space and is very clean! The location is amazing and so close to everything! There are so many yummy restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the trolley is only a short walk away! Highly recommend this property! 👌 ❤️

Very clean and ROOMY

We loved this place it was immaculate!! The rooms were VERY LARGE!! The only negative would be the size of the tv's in the room in comparison to the size of the bedrooms, they were like 23" screens on the wall a long way from you. :-)

Perfect for Jazz Fest/MidCity

Troy was communicative and helpful, the place is large and clean and it was the perfect home base for Jazz Fest. We grabbed the streetcar at the art museum and basically to the front door every day after the Fest. We loved the big space, the comfortable porch area and having a kitchen. I'd recommend wholeheartedly.

We opened the door to a beautiful surprise

This is a wonderful VRBO, Troy the owner was very nice to work with answering questions via email and giving out his phone number in advance. The house was very clean and tidy and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. If I am in New Orleans again I would not want to stay anywhere else. Just as the VRBO description stated, close to the French Quarter and easy walking distance to the trolly.
