The room and bathroom were spotless and the perfect size for my husband and me. It is just a couple of blocks away from all the shopping and sites in the French Quarter. The neighborhood felt safe and was just far enough away that it wasn’t too noisy at night. We highly recommend booking a stay here.

Perfectly located near Frenchman for jazz, Ayu Bakehouse, Sushi and Ramen. The French Quarter - short walk, grocery. Clean as a whistle and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Sweet little hideaway

This cute little unit is perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. It was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is in the perfect location for experiencing Nola without being in the .

Anniversary get away

We had a great visit celebrating 4th of July and our anniversary. The host was very nice and gave many recommendations for local businesses. The unit was somewhat small but clean and completely met our needs Thank you for a great stay, would recommend

Quiet as i like it.

I like the location to Frenchmen st and the venues i frequent. Rokm is quiet and great for a solo or couple.

First time visit to New Orleans

Great location walking distance or Uber to downtown and Burban St. area. Room was nice and clean and accurate and similar to online pictures

Cute place that is close to the action

Clean and centrally located, great communication by property management, would definitely book again. Suggestion bring some ear plugs, Frenchman St. has nighttime action that can get loud.

Nice spot perfect for two people and so close to Frenchman. Very clean. We were left hanging this weekend at another place .This host stepped up and helped us out very accommodating. Thanks Great Host

Great weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for a friend and I to visit for a weekend. It was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded back very quickly. Would definitely book again if we decided to return!

Our stay was amazing! Our first trip to New Orleans and the owners of this amazing home made it absolutely perfect! The restaurant recommendations from them were amazing and so was the music recommendations! Walking distance to everything but just far enough to get some peace and sleep. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, and very simple check in. From the recommendations to the simple act of caring and checking in to make sure our stay was going well we can honestly say when we book a trip back to New Orleans we will only book Masion Royal!

Quiet and relaxing

Perfect studio to stay for a day or longer, just next to Frenchman st. Close enough for local pubs and venues and just beyond from Bourbon area rhat you can still walk there in about 19 minutes. Bed is comfy bathroom great, has a small fridge for waters and microwave to reheat leftovers. Place is clean and host is very responsive. I come back here every chance i have.

Perfect place next to Frenchmen

Very cozy, lovely place to stay. Lots of cool neighborhoods just around the corner. This is where the cool cats hang around! Just be mindful of the occasional loud guests bypassing during the weekend. The hosts are super helpful and accommodating!

Property is as described. Very walkable area and many choices for dining and entertainment. Host was very responsive with immediate replies back. Had extra towels and cleaning supplies on hand. The HVAC has been updated and works perfectly. Also, the water temperature and water pressure were great, which is sometimes hard to find in that area. Noise level was mild and parking was fine. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit New Orleans! Felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed our stay.
